1. In the beginning, who lets Claire out of her cell?

Answer: Rodrigo Raval

Rodrigo lets her out, as he believes she won't be able to escape the island anyway. At this point he falls ill, and the player can choose whether to come back and cure him or not later in the game.

2. What is the type of Medicine that can be used on Rodrigo called?

Answer: Hemostatic

Claire can use it to heal Rodrigo and receive the lockpick set as thanks. When Chris finally arrives on the island, Rodrigo will also give him the lighter if the player chose to use the medicine.

3. In the doctor's office, what body part needs to be placed on a human model to unlock the door to the torture room?

Answer: Eye

It's the Eye, which Claire gets after she defeats the swift zombie doctor. After placing the eye on the model, a wall in the office slides up to reveal a bat-filled corridor leading to the gruesome torture room.

4. What was the name of the documentary that was included with certain versions of the game?

Answer: Wesker's Report

It was Wesker's Report, and it contains a short documentary which recounts the events of "Resident Evil" to provide a backstory. The report actually had to be remade in 2003 to coincide with the events of "Resident Evil Zero".

Answer: Alfred Ashford

It was Alfred, who makes Claire duck for cover multiple times with his sniper rifle (which she later claims for herself in the Antarctica base). It turns out the gun is crucial in the upcoming fight against Nosferatu.

Chris is an ex-Air Force pilot. As such, he has no trouble flying planes when the need arises.

It's the Linear Launcher, which goes into FPS view and can kill Alexia with one shot (luckily it has infinite ammo). Players can actually unlock the weapon for normal use throughout the game by achieving an A rank with all characters in the battle game.

It was the Dreamcast, a console which sadly died too young. The game debuted on the system in 2000.

He uses the tank model, which opens the path to the lair of the Albinoid. The Albinoid, a surprisingly easy boss, can be defeated by standing at the edge of it's pool and blasting it with grenade launcher rounds every time it swims by.

Answer: Hamster

It was the hamster, who some of you may know was named D.I.J. A diary belonging to the rodent can be found inside one of the slot machines in the battle game.
