This, of course, is the demonic throne. It requires 99 construction and 25 Magic stones to build. It also gives 25,000 experience which is the most out of all furniture!

This is because when the throne room is above the oubliette, you can pull a lever in the throne room and a trapdoor opens, and anyone standing on it falls into the oubliette. The oubliette is basically a cage and you need to pick the lock to escape, otherwise you will slowly be damaged and eventually die.

You need level 70 construction to build one. Dungeons are fun if you like having parties, but remember the room limit!

The steel dragon is level 246, it costs an amazing 10,000,000gp to build. Once built, however, it will definatly scare unwelcome visitors away. It can hit over 50 points of damage so get out your shields.

Construction is a very rewarding skill if you are prepared to pay the cost! It can cost millions of gold pieces if you train it fully, and this figure does not even include furniture.
