Cooking Master is a cooking completion, the Battle Arena allows the player to compete in many different fights to gain items and levels and the Bunny Racing allows you to bet on which bunny will win in a race. You can win some good items from these. Fun City is such a great town in this game and there is so much to do.

In "Star Ocean: Second Story" she named the dragons Gyoro and Ururun. Although I stand by the fact that Blaze and Blizzard would be better names. The Dragons in this game are the cause of many a great private action, by the end of the game they are singing and doing dances, under Welch's tuition of course.

Hoffman is the name of some ruins from earlier in the game and Revorse Tower is the final tower in "Star Ocean: First Departure". Phynal obviously a play on the word final for those of you who didn't spot that one.

Yep it's Westa who picks Rena up and raises her in Arlia. Westa finds her in the Shingo Forest, where Cluade and Rena first meet. The Shingo Forest is also the place Claude saved Rena from a monster at the start of the game, making Rena believe he was the hero of light.

There is no Field of Power, however there is a Field of Might. The four fields in the game are the fields of Wisdom, Might, Courage and Love. Interestingly I think the fields are easier in this game then they where in "Star Ocean: Second Story".

You have to go into your items and equip them to go and save all the children from the bandits. Rena temporarily leaves the main party at this point and fights through the forest with Dias.

You got it in the game by looking at the glass statues, and you needed to know the word to continue up the tower. The code used, for example, was E2, which would mean "E" was the second letter of the code, or A3, which would mean "A" was the third letter of the code.

Ronyx is the name of Claude's dad, Lezonnia is the name of a planet from "Star Ocean: First Departure" and Uropa is just made up. If memory serves me correctly, it is the same ship which appears in "Star Ocean: First Departure" and I've heard it is in some of the later games as well.

When you get as high as level 255, your character just stops going up levels. This was also the level cap in the previous game, "Star Ocean: First Departure", however that game was much shorter, so reaching that level is very difficult. If anybody actually manages to level up that high I'll be impressed. I managed to reach roughly level 160 in "Star Ocean: First Departure" but I'm not there yet in "Star Ocean: Second Evolution".
