In "Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories", Axel pretends to be on Marluxia and Larxene's side as he confronts Sora and even destroys one of his own, Vexen, on Marluxia's orders. In the end, he sets Marluxia's defeat into motion by releasing the young witch, Namine.

Not only did Sora lose his memories of his journeys and friends, but everyone connected with him lost memories of him! Roxas lost all memory of being in the Organization while he was living in the virtual Twilight Town. Namine is one of the few characters in the series who never loses her memory.

Ienzo is the only apprentice, other than Xehanort, noted for a specific action in all of Ansem's journal. The laboratory was his idea.

The main villain of "Kingdom Hearts" was a man named Ansem. Only until "Kingdom Hearts 2" did Sora and the gang find out his name was not actually Ansem, but instead Xehanort! In the Organization, Xehanort takes on a new name, Xemnas. If you take the x out of Xehanort and rearrange the letters, you get "no heart". Likewise, with Xemnas, you get "Ansem".

The White Mushroom allows you to use specific spells on it in order to win you prizes. The Black Fungus is a Heartless that takes a lot of endurance to fight and defeat. And the Rare Truffle allows you to fling it into the air and keep it there with the Aero spell. If you fling it into the air fifty times, you win the Shiitake Scroll. Keep flinging them up to a hundred times and you win a Matsutake Scroll.

These Mushrooms are the only sources of the desired Mystery Goo.

Even before Sora enters Castle Oblivion, even before he beats Ansem in "Kingdom Hearts", he fights his first Organization member in Hollow Bastion! Xemnas was an extra boss in "Kingdom Hearts: Final Mix". He shows up in the room where you fought Maleficent in dragon form. It's a tough battle, but experience is worth it.

Answer: The pouch and the crystal

Surprisingly enough, it is simply the pouch that Mickey gave to Sora with the blue crystal inside it that helped Hayner, Pence, and Olette deduce that there had to be two Twilight Towns, much to Sora's confusion. The pouch was made by Olette, so she knew there could only be one of them.

The crystal came from the Struggle trophy, which was one of a kind. It was these two simple objects introduced from the very beginning of the game that played so crucial a role in the story.
