Gil sells two cars in every level, not one of them being the Globex Super Villain Car. Jimbo doesn't sell you anything and Hank Scorpio doesn't appear in "The Simpsons Hit and Run."

Yes, along with the Police Car, you can buy the Cola Truck of Gil in Apu's level. You can buy the Duff Truck off Gil in Homer's level, but they are different, in case you got mixed up.

In Apu's level, in mission, "...and Baby makes Eight" Apu must drive to the Hospital to pick up the octuplets. In his previous mission "Incriminating Caffeine" he had accused the Mob of being in charge of distributing illegal cola. Thus the next mission required you to avoid the Mob.

The Hoverbike costs you 1000 coins and so is the most expensive car to buy. Strange as it was bought off Gil. The Hearse is bought from Gil in the same level for 750 coins. The Hovercar is achieved from doing a mission for Professor Frink and I made up the "Power Charged WWII Vehicle."

In Apu's level if you talk to Professor Frink, he asks you to destroy the Hover Car. Once you do, he awards you with it. The mission was entitled "Kinky Frinky."

All of the vehicles excluding the "Book Burning Van" were won in Marge's level. The "Book Burning Van" is your reward for winning all three races in Lisa's level, while the Curator and Krusty's Limo are bought from Gil. You receive the Clown Car by winning all races.
