Answer: Yellow Pages

The Yellow Pages started using this slogan in 1962, and their telephone directories used to found in almost every household. With the advent of newer internet-based technologies, actual books have become pretty much obsolete!
2. Life's messy, clean it up

Answer: Bissell

Bissell has been manufacturing floor care products since 1876 and are still going strong! They started using this slogan in 1996, but it has been replaced since then.
3. Leave the driving to us

Answer: Greyhound

Greyhound Lines, Inc. started in Minnesota in 1914. They started using this slogan in 1956 and used it for nearly 40 years. They have service routes in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
4. The taste of a new generation

Answer: Pepsi

Pepsi was originally called Brad's Drink when it was first made in 1893. The name changed to Pepsi-Cola in 1898 and then to Pepsi in 1961. This slogan was used from 1984 to 1991, with the exception of 1989 when it was "Pepsi, A generation ahead".

Answer: Cheez-It

Cheez-Its first came out in 1921, and have over 30 varieties. They no longer use this slogan. The new one is "Real cheese matters".
6. The best a man can get

Answer: Gillette

The Gillette Company was founded in 1901. They produce safety razors and other shaving supplies including shaving cream and after-shave. This campaign was launched during the 1989 Super Bowl and was translated into 14 languages.
7. Don't dream it. Drive it

Answer: Jaguar

Jaguar actually started out in 1922 as Swallow Sidecar Company making sidecars for motorcycles, but started manufacturing cars in 1936. This slogan was trademarked in 2006.
8. Does she or doesn't she?

Answer: Clairol

Clairol has been specializing in hair color and hair care products since 1931. In 1956 they introduced their home hair-coloring kit, and this was when this slogan began. It was still in use in 2017.
9. Betcha can't eat just one

Answer: Lay's

Lay's was founded in the U.S. in 1932, and this slogan started being used in 1961 to advertise their potato chips. These days they have over 20 flavors available.
10. We'll leave a light on for you

Answer: Motel 6

Motel 6 started out in California in 1962. The room rate then was $6 per night, hence the name. This slogan was first used in 1986, after being ad-libbed in the recording studio by Tom Bodett and becoming an instant success!
