I hope it's not closing, I like to get my fix of beating the Americans. Even if Jules44 is the one who actually wins - hey, I'm behind her, okay? Some way behind but who's counting? And to answer your question, Lesley, the war between the UK&Commonwealth and USA is fought across four daily tournaments - at the end of every month the scores for each battle are totted up, computed, and analysed. For the past seven months the UK&Commonwealth have won the battles and the overall war. Some of the best players on FT participate and a few of the rest of us tag along for the ride. It's fun. Thanks, Flopsy. Where are these tournaments - are they games we all play without realising that we're part of a greater plan, or is it something that only the great and the good of the FT are party to?
