Yay, after not even having seen it for years, I finally got the Improvement triple. That was, I think, my fourth attempt at grabbing that one. And here's me, unable to get an Epic at all, despite supposedly having an "increased chance" (times 2) for my Prestige level, and doing at least 3 daily challenges a day for a while now. Long before I got up for the day, I dreamed my Daily Challenges for the day featured the Green Epic, but that I then busted on it. I swear on my life I had that dream this morning. When I went down to my computer, what was there at the bottom but the Green "Daily" Epic -- and at double-flag version, since I already have the single. It wasn't the best-ever day I've had on any of the daily games, but I won the double Green! Fado -- by the way, I apologize -- I am really sorry the needed flag color hasn't visited you yet. Pennie1478, in addition to what Dagny said, every time you complete an Epic challenge, whether it's the first one or the last of eight, or when you get a second or third flag on any of the individual Epics it counts as an Epic for the purpose of the stats on your daily challenges page. To add to what flopsy said... *any* time you complete an Epic, even if you already have three flags for a given color, it will add to your count, and you will get the FT points. I have an Epic count over 24, which would be the 8 flags, multiplied by three. (I also don't have triples in every color, but I've often repeated a triple.) A glance at the Recent Epic Winners page shows a whole bunch of flags having been earned recently. Really impressive! Looking at the number of winners, Green is still by far the least-awarded of the eight, especially with just 53 winners at triple. I don't look forward to facing it someday... Reply #58. Mr N - I looked back at my notes and the green flag was the last of the triples I completed to get the full set. I've noted the date and it was over five years ago. It's tough but not the worst, in my opinion. A couple are so time consuming that I'll never try them again, while others are much more enjoyable.
