Answer:
Serendipity 3
The Golden Opulence Sundae got into the Guinness Book of Records in 2007 as the World's Most Expensive Dessert. The ice cream used in the sundae was vanilla made with Tahitian vanilla beans, and drizzled over it was chocolate sauce made from Amadei Porcelana, a type of dark chocolate from Italy. As well as the gold leaf, the sundae was also topped off with truffles, candied fruits from Paris, marzipan cherries, almond dragées, and chunks of Venezuelan Chuao chocolate. The sundae itself was served in a gem-encrusted goblet, to be eaten with a gold spoon, and came with a tiny dish of sweetened American Golden caviar. Any customer who fancied one would have to order it in advance, however, as it took two days to prepare, due to having to fly the ingredients in.
