Answer:
Napoleonic Wars
The Napoleonic Wars were fought in Europe, in the first two decades of the 19th century. Napoleon, a French general and statesman, after becoming Emperor of the French, attempted to conquer the rest of Europe, but found opposition from most other European nations. Despite that, he almost succeeded, but made the mistake of invading Russia when winter was coming. He was finally defeated at Waterloo, in 1815 and was exiled to St. Helena.
