Well in just song titles, I can count 19 girls' names, according to what Wikipedia calls a complete list of Beatles songs. I'm not really sure if some of the ones that I've included should really be counted as a girl's name (e.g. "Lady Madonna"), so here's my list of the 19 songs

If "Beatles' songs" includes anything they recorded (as seems to be suggested by the response including 'Long Tall Sally'), then Anna is another relevant title. If you take a more strict definition to require that a Beatle wrote the song and that the Beatles recorded it, then several songs on the list should not be there.

If you include lyrics as well, there are more names including 'Mother Mary' ("Let It Be"), 'Molly' ("Obladi, Oblada"), 'Loretta Martin' ("Get Back"), and the girl from "Rocky Raccoon" whose name was McGill, but she called herself Lil, and everyone knew her as Nancy.
