In Haribo Starmix, what is the white part of the rings? Is it a fruit? If so, which fruit is it?

The list of ingredients are as follows.
Glucose Syrup, Sugar, Dextrose, Gelling Agent (Gelatine), Citric Acid, Caramelised Sugar Syrup, Flavourings, Fruit and Plant Concentrates (Aronia, Blackcurrant, Carrot, Elderberry, Grape , Lemon, Mango, Orange, Passion Fruit, Redcurrant, Safflower), Colours (Carmine, Copper Complexes of Chlorophyll), Glazing Agents (Vegetable Oil, Beeswax and Carnauba Wax), Invert Sugar Syrup.

Looking at that lot it seems to be, oh, about 99.9% sugar, regardless of what colour they are! Although there is a wee bit of fruit concentrate. The white spongy part is mallow I suspect(more sugar)

The cola bottles are (duh) cola flavored, with a tinge of “brown” soda flavor accented with citrus. The gummi bears come in orange, yellow (lemon), and green (apple), and the ring colors include red (cherry), white (pineapple), orange (I swear, it’s tangier in ring form than in bear form), and lemon.
