From my understanding a person could have a phobia about anything (including nothing).

I could not find a specific name for the fear of grandparents, but the fear of relatives is syngenesophobia.

There's also: Gerontophobia -- Fear of old people or of growing old.

And Aviphobia (invented from the Latin avi for grandparents, since I don't know the Greek) could be coined to cover it. It does not seem to be common enough to have been given its own name.
