The First Dynasty (burials of nobles) and the Second Dynasty (royal interments).

The First Dynasty is part of the early Bronze Age and is dated between the 34th and 30th centuries, BCE.

Dates for the Second Dynasty are about 2890-2686 BCE.
Saqqara... contains ancient burial grounds of Egyptian royalty, serving as the necropolis for the ancient Egyptian capital, Memphis.
