I will assume that you mean pound weight. Most sources that I found say that a dollar bill weighs approx 1 gram. (There must be some variation in the batches of paper that is used) So a pound of dollar bills would worth 454 US dollars. If you mean pound sterling just check the latest exchange rates.
U.S. currency, regardless of denomination, is 2.61 inches (66.3 mm) wide, 6.14 inches (156 mm) long, and 0.0043 inches (0.109 mm) thick. A single bill weighs about fifteen and a half grains (one gram)
