There is a species of bird, Ridgeley's antpitta, that barks like a dog.

It depends if your question refers to a mimicking sound or a natural barking sound. If it's a natural barking, zbeckabee is right. The Antpitta avis canis Ridgley is a newly discovered in 1998 species found in the Andes, Ecuador.

If it's mimicking, then pbr-streetgang is right, but there's a few more species that can do that too like macaws, cockatoos, and parakeets.
