'Popliteal' refers to the part of the leg behind the knee.

Alternatively, it is known as the "Popliteal Space".

I find it amazing that this part of the body doesn't have a proper name in English, except for this Latin name. In Germany it's called "Kniekehle", in Norway/Denmark "knehase" osv.
