Answer: Those who are humble, contrite in spirit, and who tremble at God's word.
Throughout the book of Isaiah, Isaiah left many warnings to those who did not follow God and promises to those who were faithful to God in spite of the circumstances.
Isaiah ended his book in the last chapter declaring, "This is what the Lord says: 'Heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool. Where is the house you will build for me? Where will my resting place be? Has not my hand made all these things, and so they came into being?' declares the Lord.'These are the ones I look on with favor: those who are humble and contrite in spirit, and who tremble at my word.'" (Isaiah 66:1-2, NIV)

Answer: arm or power
Jesus performed many many miracles yet many of His own nation were reluctant to believe in Him. John 12:34-37; "The crowd spoke up, 'We have heard from the Law that the Messiah will remain forever, so how can you say, 'The Son of Man must be lifted up'? Who is this 'Son of Man'?' Then Jesus told them, 'You are going to have the light just a little while longer. Walk while you have the light, before darkness overtakes you. Whoever walks in the dark does not know where they are going. Believe in the light while you have the light, so that you may become children of light.' When he had finished speaking, Jesus left and hid himself from them. Even after Jesus had performed so many signs in their presence, they still would not believe in him."

Answer: punishment
Christians believe Isaiah chapter 53 is a prophecy of the suffering of Christ in being the sacrificial lamb without spot or blemish for the sins of all. Isaiah 53:1-6; "Who has believed our message and to whom has the arm of the LORD been revealed? He grew up before him like a tender shoot, and like a root out of dry ground. He had no beauty or majesty to attract us to him, nothing in his appearance that we should desire him. He was despised and rejected by mankind, a man of suffering, and familiar with pain. Like one from whom people hide their faces he was despised, and we held him in low esteem. Surely he took up our pain and bore our suffering, yet we considered him punished by God, stricken by him, and afflicted. But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed. We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to our own way; and the LORD has laid on him the iniquity of us all."

Answer: rich
Christians believe this prophecy in Isaiah was fulfilled when Joseph of Arimathea, a rich prominent member of the Council, a good and upright man and a disciple of Jesus went to Pilate for permission to bury Jesus's body in his own new tomb. Matthew 27:57-60; "As evening approached, there came a rich man from Arimathea, named Joseph, who had himself become a disciple of Jesus. Going to Pilate, he asked for Jesus' body, and Pilate ordered that it be given to him. Joseph took the body, wrapped it in a clean linen cloth, and placed it in his own new tomb that he had cut out of the rock. He rolled a big stone in front of the entrance to the tomb and went away.", also in the chapters of Mark 15, Luke 23 and John 19.

Answer: Hezekiah
King Hezekiah wept and prayed to the Lord for mercy and God granted him 15 more years to his life. Isaiah 38:1-6; "In those days Hezekiah became ill and was at the point of death. The prophet Isaiah son of Amoz went to him and said, 'This is what the LORD says: Put your house in order, because you are going to die; you will not recover.' Hezekiah turned his face to the wall and prayed to the LORD, 'Remember, LORD, how I have walked before you faithfully and with wholehearted devotion and have done what is good in your eyes.' And Hezekiah wept bitterly. Then the word of the LORD came to Isaiah: 'Go and tell Hezekiah, 'This is what the LORD, the God of your father David, says: I have heard your prayer and seen your tears; I will add fifteen years to your life. And I will deliver you and this city from the hand of the king of Assyria. I will defend this city.''"
