Answer: 3
Victor was the evicted for the first time on Day 23. However, the first five evicted houseguests, Glenn, Jozea, Victor, Bronte, and Tiffany, were given a chance to re-enter the game by competing in the "Battle Back" competition. Glenn took on Jozea for a chance to face Victor in the next round. Jozea won against Glenn and took on Victor, who he lost to. Victor then took on Bronte and Tiffany in subsequent rounds and won against both of them to re-enter the game. He returned on day 38. He was evicted for the second time on Day 72, becoming the 4th member of the jury. However the first four members of the jury, Davonne, Bridgette, Paulie, and now Victor, were given a chance to re-enter the game. The four evicted jurors competed in a HOH endurance competition with the remaining houseguests left in the house where the last juror standing is back in the game. The last juror standing happened to be Victor, who came back after just being evicted for the second time. On day 90, Victor was evicted for the third and final time. Sound like an All-Stars candidate to me.

The top three vote getters were Jason, Johnny Mac, and James. Davonne was an early favorite despite not receiving the three highest votes. I actually thought Johnny Mac was going to win "America's Favorite Houseguest", but I guess America liked the way James played pranks on his fellow houseguests.
