'Red Dead Revolver' was a third person shooter game produced by Rockstar Games in 2004 and set in the 1880s Wild West. Its success led to further games in the 'Red Dead' franchise.
2. What is the title of Jeanette Winterson's debut novel?

Answer: Oranges Are Not the Only Fruit

For 'Oranges Are Not the Only Fruit', Jeanette Winterson drew heavily on her childhood experience of growing up as a lesbian in an evangelical Christian household in the north of England. It had widespread acclaim, winning the Whitbread Award for a First Novel in 1985.

The correct titles of her other novels are: 'Sexing the Cherry', 'Gut Symmetries' and 'The Stone Gods'.
3. Which of the Beatles sang lead vocals on 'Yellow Submarine'?

Paul McCartney wrote 'Yellow Submarine' specifically for Ringo Starr to sing. It was released as a double A side single with 'Eleanor Rigby' in August 1966, and was the title song of the 1968 cartoon movie.

Interestingly, Paul Angelis, who did Ringo's voice in the movie, succeeded him as the narrator for 'Thomas the Tank Engine & Friends'.

The book's success after its publication in 1989 led to a trilogy, 'Berlin Noir', and then several subsequent Bernie Gunther stories through to the end of the war and beyond.

Blackmore joined Deep Purple in 1968, and enjoyed massive success. He left and formed Ritchie Blackmore's Rainbow (later just Rainbow) in 1975. He rejoined Purple in 1984 before leaving again in 1993. He reformed Rainbow in 1994 and disbanded it again in 1997.
9. What is the sequel to D. H. Lawrence's 'The Rainbow'?

Answer: Women in Love

'The Rainbow', written in 1915, is the story of a family from Lawrence's home county of Nottinghamshire. 'Women in Love' (1920) focuses on two sisters. It was memorably filmed by Ken Russell in 1969.
