Mitzi Shortman, known to Arnold as his great-aunt Mitzi, only appeared in one episode of "Hey Arnold!". In the episode "Grandpa's Sister" from the fourth season, Mitzi surprises the Shortman family. Arnold had never met her before and didn't even know Grandpa had a sister. Mitzi and Grandpa had not talked to each other since they both blamed their sibling for their dog's death. Eugene is referred to as the "jinx" because he always seems to have bad luck or gets involved in various unfortunate incidents (though many of them have been accidentally caused by Arnold). In season 4, it is revealed that Eugene was born on the unlucky day of Friday the 13th.

Stinky Peterson is one of Arnold's classmates. Because his family comes from Arkansas, he has a noticeable Southern accent. Stinky usually wears a green shirt and has spiky hair. In the episode "Stinky's Pumpkin" from season 4, Stinky regains his self-esteem by harvesting the biggest vegetable in Hillwood: an award-winning giant pumpkin.

Rhonda Wellington Lloyd is one of the main female characters of "Hey Arnold!". Rhonda comes from a wealthy family and often behaves in a pompous manner with her classmates.
