Originally a Scottish dish, macaroni pie on the islands is very similar to the classic macaroni and cheese.

Some other Trinidadian foods include bavarios, gujurati chicken tandoori, and yogurt.

Chicken is universal in South Africa because some groups do not eat some type of meat, like Jews do not eat pork and Indians do not eat beef. South Africans also enjoy lamb and dishes such as biltong, bunny chow, and potjiekos.

Although the sauce covers chicken, you can use other meats including beef, fish, mutton, or crocodile. Other Congolese foods include piri piri and maboke, a freshwater fish cooked in leaves.

The mumu is a very traditional oven that is used to cook pork, fish, and other seafood. The word 'mumu' changes from place to place, like the Hawaiian 'imu', the Maori 'hangi' and the Samoan 'umu'.

Nigeriens like putting spices such as saffron, nutmeg, cinnamon, and ginger on their foods. Citizens also like hot coal grilling and hot sauces for their food. Might not eat too much here, my doctor told me to stay away from very spicy foods.

Answer: Bibingka

Bibingka is one example of India's culture in Micronesia history. The food started in India, moved to Philippines, and then landing in Micronesia. In 2007, a bibingka was baked that measured at one kilometer long, earning a world record.

Ajiaco contains potatoes, corn on the cob, chicken, and guasca. The most common ajiaco prepared in Colombia is ajiaco santafere�o, which is named after the former capital of Colombia. Other Colombian foods include asado bogotano, a barbacued beef, and sancocho, a vegetable soup.

When asking the locals about paella being a national dish, they respond by saying that paella is more of a local dish that a national dish.

White rice is commonly used in the making of this dish, but many chefs include calasparra rice. Saffron and olive oil help spice up the dish as well.

Muamba nsusu is a dish that comes from the Kongo people, whose roots are in Angola, Republic of Congo, and Democratic Republic of Congo. The meal is usually served with rice or fufu. Even when we think we are out of Africa, we keep coming back for the food.
