February would be the gap between two knuckles, March would be the next knuckle, etc. Once you reach July, August will begin the next hand. This mnemonic helps to remember which months have 31 days; the ones that land on the knuckles have 31, the rest have 30 (except for February, of course).

I first found that out when I heard a Gnarls Barkley song and thought this "Gnarls" guy sounded a lot like Cee-Lo. Of course, I learned later that Gnarls Barkley was not a person's name; but a duo consisting of Danger Mouse and Cee-Lo Green.

Their first album was released in 2006.
