Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. Who dies first out of these four tributes in the 74th Hunger Games?

Answer: The girl from District 3

The girl from District 3 dies second out of all 24 tributes in the 74th Hunger Games. The death order is: Three, Four, Seven, Ten.
2. In "Catching Fire", who is not Katniss's ally?

Answer: Gloss

Katniss was allies with Peeta, Finnick, Wiress, Beetee, and Johanna. Gloss was from District 1 and had a different alliance.
3. What did Titus do to people in the Hunger Games after they died?

Answer: Ate their insides

Titus was reaped in a past Hunger Games. While in the arena, he, for some reason, went completely savage and resorted to cannibalism. As soon as he made a kill, he would eat their insides. Although the Hunger Games is a no-rules, free-for-all competition, cannibalism didn't go well with the Capitol audience, as the Gamemakers had to censor most of his kills.

The Gamemakers had to electrically stun him so they could clear up the bodies of the tributes he had killed before he ate them. He was eventually killed in an avalanche which was thought to have been set up by the Gamemakers, to ensure that the victor was not a lunatic.
4. What was Tigris's job after she was a stylist?

Answer: Shopkeeper

Tigris, once a prized stylist in the Hunger Games, (Katniss recognized her from previous years' broadcasts), is now a shopkeeper selling fur-lined clothes in a small shop in the Capitol. The shop's inventory consists of underwear and other under-clothes.

Her appearance radically altered to resemble a tiger, she was presumably fired from her job by President Snow for being far too altered to appear on television in the Games.
5. President Snow dies before President Coin.

Answer: False

No, President Coin dies before President Snow. When Katniss is about to kill Snow, she moves her arrow over and it hits and kills Coin. This makes Snow laugh but then he dies in a hacking attack after.
6. Rue reminded Katniss of Prim.

Answer: True

Rue reminded Katniss Everdeen of her sister, Prim. Like Prim, Rue sometimes stood on her toes with her arms slightly extended. Katniss describes her as "birdlike" and after the Games can barely look at Prim without noticing Rue in her and being reminded of her death. Small, quick, intelligent, and young, the two had many similarities, which led Katniss to make Rue her ally.
7. Who does Katniss end up with?

Answer: Peeta

Katniss Everdeen has survived two Hunger Games with Peeta Mellark. The last question Peeta asked Katniss in the last chapter of "Mockingjay" is, "You love me. Real or not real?". I tell him 'Real'".
8. Where does Gale get a job in the end of "Mockingjay"?

Answer: District 2

Katniss asked Greasy Sae where Gale is because he is not in District 12 and Katniss is. Greasy Sae tells her that he got a job in District 2. Katniss is mad at him though because it was his idea to send parachutes down to the Capitol's kids.
9. The saddest death I think out of everybody would be the person who tried to help wounded kids that got hit with bombs near the end of "Mockingjay" but one bomb hit this person:

Answer: Prim

Parachutes fell down to the kids from the Capitol, now when kids get parachutes in Panem, they think there will be food, toys, or medicine in it, but not these. The parachutes are bombs killing and hurting the Capitol's kids. So people that can help heal the kids come in; one of them is Prim. Just when she is about to help a kid, Katniss yells her name, Prim hears her and calls back her name, but that's when the rest of the parachutes go off, killing Prim.
10. In "Catching Fire" what does Katniss do when Gale tells her that he loves her?

Answer: Says "I know"

Katniss and Gale are in Katniss's old house in District 12 talking about how they are going to run away to live in the woods. Gale is spinning Katniss around, when he stops and whispers, "I love you" into her ear. Her response was a quiet, "I know". This made Gale kind of angry.
