Gillian got her first acting job in the movie short "Three at Once" as an extra. After appearing in another short and the movie "The Turning" she got a big break accepting a role in "The X-Files" TV series (1993-2002, 2016-18). She went on to perform in dozens of TV shows, movies and even a handful of stage productions including "The Fall", "Ronja and the Robber's Daughter" and "Sex Education", and has won may awards for her work.

She is an avid art collector and reportedly spent her first paycheck from "The X-Files" to purchase a lithograph by David Blackburn.

Poul (1926-2001) penned dozens of books in the science fiction genre and some scientific non-fiction books. His fiction novels dealt mostly with time travel and alien cultures. George Lee Anderson made his major league debut in 1959 with the Philadelphia Phillies, but a lackluster season relegated him to playing in minor leagues for much of his career. When his playing career ended he went on to coach the San Diego Padres in 1969, then manage the Cincinnati Reds (1970-78) and Detroit Tigers (1979-85).

He got his name because of his quick temper. He retired in 1995 and was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 2000.

While on a cruise with his last wife, he became ill with abdominal pain. They disembarked in Colon, Panama, where he died a few days later. The autopsy revealed peritonitis brought on by having swallowed a toothpick.
