Harry S. Truman was the 33rd president of the United States, born on the 8th of May 1884. He was the man who ordered the use of nuclear weapons against Japan, which effectively won World War Two, as well as coming up with the strategy which won the Cold War.

He was first the 34th vice president, working with Franklin D. Roosevelt, and also a major in World War One. He became president after Roosevelt passed away on the 12th of April 1945. Truman passed away on the 26th of December 1972.
