The founder of Buddhism, Siddhartha Gautama, was born into a Hindu family. The origins of Buddhism are believed to be 563-483 BCE. Christianity stemmed from Judaism (which has its recorded origins around 4,000 BCE) in around the 1 century CE. Islam comes after Christianity in age, originating at the start of the 7th century CE.

Answer: Joseph Smith

Mormons believe that in 1827 Joseph Smith found "golden plates" in upstate New York with ancient Egyptian writing, sent from the angel Moroni. Joseph Smith claims that God helped him translate the plates into the Book of Mormon.
