Brett, who was born in the great state of West Virginia, won the crown in 1976, 1980, and 1990.
2. Which of these 4 was the first player to die as a result of injuries received from being hit in the head with a pitch?

Answer: Ray Chapman

Chapman was a very poplular shortstop for the Cleveland Indians and is buried at Lakeview Cemetary in Cleveland, OH. New York Yankee pitcher Carl Mays beaned "Chappy" on August 16, 1920. Chapman died the next day.
3. Which of these great outfielders was drafted by the NBA, ABA, NFL, and Major League Baseball?

Answer: Dave Winfield

Winfield, made the right choice as he went on to a Hall of Fame career with the Padres, Yankees, Angels, Blue Jays, and Indians from 1973-1995.
