Answer: Bobopatch

This is the first fusion to appear in the enitre series, both anime and manga. He seems very serious, and possibly the only thing insane about him is the fact he uses the Don Patch sword as his weapon. He appeared when fighting General Jelly Jiggler, which in the manga was chapter 31, anime episode 16.

He is one of the two fusions seen in the Wild Challenger opening. This is one of the few fusions that turns out the way it was meant to turn out.

Answer: Denbo

When fighting the onion or garlic headed warrior J (it is unkown which it is) Bobobo and Don decided to become Bobopatch. However, J teleported Dengaku Man in the way, and after Don shoved him out of the way, Dengaku Man fused with Bobobo, via his butt (sorry editors, but that's how it happened, even in the U.S. dub). Denbo attacks by singing a song, which allows her to control what happens in the enviornment around her, which is similar to karaoke. Denbo is the only fusion to have a super form. She is also the only fusion character to appear in the Baka Survivor opening, and the second fusion to appear in the Wild Challenger opening

Answer: Bobopatchiggler

During a match against the three civilizations (Yellow River, Mesopotamian Guy, and Indus Guy in the dub) Bobobo and Don Patch decide to become Bobopatch, but Jelly Jiggler sneaks into Bobobo's mout after Don enters, and ends up creating Bobopatchiggler, the first (and in the anime, the only) Trifusion in the series.

He attacks with his sword which at the tip of the blade looks like a man's head, called the Happy Man Merciless Sword. He can also send his enemies in Majide Time, which involves forcing his enemies to constantly say "ARE YOU SERIOUS?!", and after saying the quote mentioned in the question, Bobopatchiggler ended up getting hit by one of his own Majide Time meteors.

Answer: Jellybobo

During a battle with Hanpen, Bobobo eats Jelly Jiggler, and they become Jellybobo. Supposedly he adores peace, yet he uses some pretty violent attacks. He appears in episode 66 (manga chapter 154) and manages to defeat him.

Answer: Incomplete Bobopatch

While they are at Holy Guacamole Land, they enter the little kids area, where evryone turns into a kid, except for Nightmare (it is unknown why this is). While fighting him, Bobobo and Don Patch fuse together, however because they were kids, the fusion was incomplete.

This version of Bobopatch has a different sword than the real Bobopatch, it's a poorly drawn sword, but it's still powerful.

Answer: Kintenbo

During a match with Crimson during the Reverse Chrome Dome Empire arc, Bobobo fuses with Jelly Jiggler and Halekulani, thus creating Kintenbo. However, the anime was canceled before this fusion occured. This fusion character fights by using gambling attacks, such as his Canon Russian Roulette.

When Bobobo fuses with Don Patch, Don enters the control room, and knocks out the operators. After seeing that Bobobo is first in the formula for making Bobopatch, he gets mad and messes with the controls and places himself in the first position for the formula. Patchbobo must fuse things together to attack, but the fusions are powerful.

At one point, he fuses two nose hairs together to create two King Nose Hairs.

Answer: Super Patch

Super Patch is actaully a super form of Don Patch, who appears after Halon Devil attacks Hanpen. Super Patch gains his powers from the Ko-patch. After defeating Halon Devil, Halon Devil turns into a blue Ko-patch.

Answer: False

Super Denbo is not a singer, but instead turns into a story teller. She appears in the final episode of the "Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo" anime. She also appears in the manga chapter 177.

Answer: Bobopatchnosuke

Since the Japanese episode 33 did not appear in the U.S. dub of the anime, I decided to use the Japanese names for the fusions. This episode is a special recap episode, where the narrator appears, with a big N for a head, and having a strand of hair that looks similar to Serviceman's strand of hair, which makes Beauty wonder if the narrator was Serviceman, since both have the same Seiyuu, which is a Japanese voice actor.
