Jelly Jiggler typically is always either getting beat up for stuff he didn't do, used as a shield, or used as an attack. One example of how he is scapegoated is in epidode 47 when Torpedo Girl attacked him because Bad Bard used his Memory Destruction Formation attack.

At the begining of episode 47, we Jelly has turned into hamster. Not too long after, he spots Torpedo Girl and shoots her with mini-Jelly Hamster bullets. She dodges them in a way similar to Neo from "The Matrix."

His Japanese name is a pun on tokoroten, which is a type of jelly. His English name could be a possible pun on Jell-O Jigglers.
