1. Who officially joins the team during this arc?

Answer: Softon

In episode 38, Softon appears near the end, and in the next episode, he helps Bobobo and the gang defeat the Terrible Triplets. Pokomi is a character from Shinsetsu Bobobo.

2. What fusion is used during the battle against Nightmare?

Answer: Incomplete Bobopatch

Because they were fighting the in Little Kids area and were kids, the fusion ended up incomplete. Incomplete Bobopatch uses a real (although poorly drawn) sword instead of the Don Patch sword.

3. How does Bobobo defeat T-500?

Answer: He doesn't

It was actually Don Patch who defeated him. He got mad at T-500 when he said he was hunting Bobobo because Don saw himself as the star, so he attacked him using Super Fist of the Show's REAL Star which in the manga was the Super Fist of Bruce.

Bobobo summons a giant roulette wheel, with Bobobo being the spinner. Each person had a space which, if Bobobo's arrow landed on it, he would attack that person. Jelly Jiggler had two spaces for him, yet the spinner never landed on them. At one point, when Beep was chosen, Bobobo's attack on him was Destroy Don Patch.
