1. "Doctor Who" and "Dad's Army" were two classic British shows that were first broadcast in the same decade. In which decade were they first on screen?

Answer: 1960s

"Doctor Who", a science fiction show about a time-travelling alien, began in 1963 and continued to be on TV regularly until 1989 when the series was cancelled. Then, in 2005, a new production team brought it back to life and the show was still going strong a decade later. "Dad's Army" was about a village and their Home Guard during World War II.

It was broadcast between 1968 and 1977.

2. Which character was played by Roger Moore in "The Saint"?

Answer: Simon Templar

"The Saint" television series was broadcast in the UK between 1962 and 1969. Simon Templar was based on a 'Robin Hood' type character from the thrillers by the writer, Leslie Charteris. His role in the series caused Moore to turn down offers to play James Bond while he was committed to the series.

All four ladies of "Sex and the City" dated many different men throughout six seasons of the show. Carrie's three most serious relationships were with Mr. Big (not given a first name until the final moments of the show - it was John), Aidan and Aleksandr (whom she often called "the Russian" when speaking to her friends).

She was even engaged to Aidan, though it ultimately didn't work out. In the final episodes of the show, she moved to Paris to live with Aleksandr, but Big showed up to bring her home to New York and she ended up with him after all.

Their relationship continued in the movies "Sex and the City" (2008), in which they finally married, and "Sex and the City 2" (2010).
