The episode began with Zach reading the newspaper and noticing Myrtle's obituary. He was at his casino so he decided to pour himself a drink. It was then that he flashed back to a time when he and Myrtle were at the casino and she informed him how she made a great Bloody Mary.

Bianca was first seen reading Myrtle's obituary and shedding some tears as she was very close to Myrtle throughout her life. Reese was with Bianca and gave her a big hug over Myrtle's death. They also spoke about Kendall, who at this point was in a coma after being injured in the tornado that hit a couple months prior.

Opal went to the door and noticed that Myrtle sent her a package so she took it inside right as Pete came down the stairs. Pete told he to open it but Opal, still distraught over Myrtle's death, said she could not but Pete reminded her she could not send it back. Bianca went to see Erica and informed her she received a gift so Erica said she also got a package from Myrtle as well. When Erica opened up the package, she realized it was the dress she wore years ago at the Women in Media Awards banquet. At the banquet, Erica accidentally spilled wine on her dress so she was relieved when she saw that Myrtle got the stain out.

Jesse, Angie, and Frankie all went to Myrtle's boarding house and Jesse and Angie spoke of the memories they had when they spent time at the home. Angie brought up how Myrtle stood toe to toe with her father, Les, one day. In the flashback, Myrtle told Les she would not tolerate his rude behavior and he would do as she said while in her home. Pat Baxter, Yvonne Caldwell, and Eugene Hubbard were not in any flashbacks in this episode.

Kelly Cole Tyler showed up and said how she loved Myrtle the longest and began to talk about their longstanding relationship.

There was a flashback where Kelly told Myrtle how much she loved Linc and said how Phoebe could not pay her off to leave Linc. Myrtle advised Kelly to forget about Phoebe.

Bianca sang a song in memory of Myrtle and, once she finished it, Erica got up to say some words on Myrtle's behalf as well as thank everyone for being there. Erica mentioned they were all there to celebrate Myrtle and to say goodbye to what she believed was "Pine Valley's heart." It was in the middle of the speech that Erica mentioned how Myrtle was likely up in Heaven playing bridge with her mother, Mona, who passed away several years earlier.

At the casino, where everyone gathered, Bianca sang a song and that is when Agnes Nixon appeared as Aggie the ghost. In a touching moment during Bianca's song, Aggie blew a kiss to Myrtle's picture. Agnes Nixon created the character of Myrtle Fargate back in 1976.
