Answer: Biscuits With the Boss

Ted brings Rebecca cookies but tells her that they're called biscuits here but that he doesn't recommend putting them in gravy. She chuckles and doesn't want to try one but when she does is amazed at how good they taste. They then small talk which she can't stand and Ted calls the morning conversation 'biscuits with the boss'. Rebecca appreciates him bringing her biscuits but tells Ted that she doesn't have time for small talk today or any other day.

Answer: Spice Girls for both

Rebecca is annoyed by how friendly Ted is but she indulges him and tells him that the Spice Girls were both the first concert she went to and the best one that she's been to. She doesn't ask Ted what his was but he mentions that he loved both Kenny Rogers and the Beastie Boys. Later in the episode, Higgins puts forward Boy George as the first concert that he attended.

The Spice Girls were formed in 1994 and their first album "Spice" was a smash hit selling more than 23 million copies.

Answer: Boot

Beard was previously Lasso's assistant coach at Wichita State and the two have a great friendship. When Lasso calls the football shoes cleats, Beard corrects him to refer to them as boots. Ted is confused and wonders how the trunk of a car can also be called a boot. He jokes that after training (practice), the players can put their boots in the boot.

Answer: It only has a 10 second memory.

The first drill Ted has the team do is a 7 on 7 scrimmage that he calls 'the Exorcist' because it's all about possession. Jamie ends up juking Sam and scoring a goal after which he taunts the defender. Sam is frustrated so Ted calls him over and tells him that goldfish are the happiest animals because they only have a memory of 10 seconds. Sam is confused by these odd words of encouragement.

Answer: The shower water pressure is too low.

There were about 10 notes received in the suggestion box with most of them calling Lasso a vulgar term. However, one of them mentioned that the shower water pressure was too low. Lasso and Beard investigate and sure enough, find that the water barely comes out. Later on, the team captain Roy is pleasantly surprised when he turns on the shower and finds the water pressure has been fixed.

Answer: Lion

Keeley asks Ted and Rebecca if they would rather be a lion or a panda. Ted answers a panda but Rebecca tells him that is definitely wrong since lions are fierce. Comically, Ted asks Keeley's boyfriend Jamie the same question and he answers that he just wants to be himself. Ted visits Keeley while she is doing her photo shoot in full lion attire.

Answer: Green Army man

In the care package from his son, Ted receives barbecue sauce, a homemade kazoo and green Army men. In spite of her not wanting it, Ted puts an Army man on Rebecca's desk. Later while celebrating Sam's birthday, Ted tries to give Sam an Army man as well but Sam declines the gift.

Answer: Offside

The same reporter who questioned Ted's suitability for the job in the prior episode asks Ted to explain the offside rule in football. Ted answers that it is like a famous Supreme Court statement in 1964 about pornography that he "can't explain it but he knows it when he sees it".

This answer generates some chuckles from the press who then turn their attacks on AFC Richmond's team owner, Rebecca.

Answer: Crystal Palace

In preparation for the game, it is mentioned that Richmond had previously defeated Crystal Palace that season and that their opponents had lots of speed on the outside. No actual parts of the game were shown except that the final score was 4-1 and that the only bright spot for Richmond was the defensive play of Sam Obisanya. Sam was moved by the compassion Ted and the team showed in celebrating his 20th birthday before and after the game. Crystal Palace FC was founded in 1905 and they are nicknamed the Eagles.

Answer: Leak photos of Ted and Keeley to the press.

The end of the episode showed a stark contrast with Ted making his homemade biscuits for Rebecca and Higgins and Rebecca ordering Higgins to leak photos of Ted and Keeley to the press. The pictures showed Ted close to Keeley during her photo shoot when he was sharing a sandwich with her and rubbing ketchup off her face since she couldn't because she was dressed up like a lion.
