Answer: A Hockney painting

After Rebecca Welton divorces her husband, she becomes the new owner of the Premier League team AFC Richmond. Rebecca asks Higgins if he wants a painting that is on the wall and he tells her it's a Hockney and it's probably worth a million pounds. She then tells him good point and to add it to the auction pile.

The painting had been acquired with her ex-husband on their fifth anniversary but Rebecca seemingly wants to get rid of everything that reminds her of her ex-husband.

Answer: Mediocre

When George enters he asks Rebecca what she would like to get off her very impressive chest. She tells him that he is being fired due to his casual misogyny, how he wears tiny shorts, her general dislike for him and the team's mediocre performance. It is interesting that the team didn't perform badly and get relegated out of the Premier League but they were simply mediocre which in sports is never good enough.

Answer: NCAA Division II gridiron football

A clip is shown on the show "Sportscenter" announcing that an American gridiron football coach from a Division II school is now the manager of the Premier League team AFC Richmond. Although Ted Lasso had won a Division II championship as the coach of the Wichita Shockers, he is best known for his interesting dance moves that have circulated around the internet.

Answer: Tower Bridge

Ted Lasso and his assistant coach, Beard, are picked up from the airport by a man named Ollie. Lasso tells Ollie that he would like to see a London sight before going to the AFC Richmond building. Ollie takes him to see the iconic Tower Bridge. Comically, Ted Lasso tells Ollie that it couldn't be the London Bridge because that one is in America.

The Tower Bridge crosses the River Thames and connects the London boroughs of Tower Hamlets and Southwark.

Answer: Ted tells Nathan he likes his hot dogs.

Ted and Beard are out on the pitch of AFC Richmond when a man comes running over telling them to get off the grass. After this man introduces himself as Nathan, Ted tells Nathan that he likes his hot dogs. Being an American brand, Nathan has probably never been exposed to Nathan's Hot Dogs so Ted's joke falls flat. Throughout the episode, Ted's American humor is in stark contrast to the humor of the British.

Answer: Bubbly water

Ted Lasso tells Rebecca that he'd be happy to do a press conference in a few days when he's had some sleep. However, he gets thrown to the wolves and they press him about his qualifications for the job since he's never coached football (soccer) before. Nervous, Ted grabs the bottle of water next to him and takes a big swig only to spit it out because there were bubbles in it. I kind of side with Ted on this one as I have never liked bubbly water and definitely prefer still (non-carbonated) water.

Answer: Ted will fail and the team losing will torture her husband.

Rebecca confides to her Communications Director, Higgins, that she only hired Ted Lasso as manager because he will make AFC Richmond the laughing stock of the Premier League and the team will lose with him. Huggins is not comfortable with this because he believes that Ted is a nice guy but he agrees to go along with the ruse when Rebecca tells him that he's been promoted to Director of Football Operations.

The only thing that Rebecca's ex-husband ever loved was AFC Richmond and she knows that the team losing a lot will torture him more than anything.

Answer: Ronald McDonald

It seems that none of the characters have any respect for Ted Lasso initially. After Ted compliments Roy about his career, Roy responds by telling Ted and Beard that he didn't think his career would end by being coached by Ronald McDonald. Ronald McDonald was introduced in 1963 and he is a mascot dressed as a clown for the restaurant McDonald's

Answer: He has to get waxed.

As Ted is introducing himself to the players, he is interrupted by a young lady who says that it is time for Jamie to get waxed. Jamie tells Ted that when he scores a goal and takes off his shirt he has to look good. Instead of asserting his authority as manager, Ted allows Jamie to leave. This likely further lessens the amount of respect the players have for Ted.

Answer: "I need some space."

Ted tells Michelle that she should visit England with their son. Rather than agree, Michelle tells Ted that she needs some space as they had agreed to. Ted is obviously not on the same page and he tells Michelle that he loves her when he hangs up. Presumably at this point Ted and Michelle are separated.
