"What Women Want" Trivia Quiz

There were many characters involved in launching Fusion for this episode and at the meeting to create the company but Bianca was not one of them. Since Fusion was going to be a competitor of Enchantment, Erica Kane's company, and Bianca is Erica's daughter, it would have made no sense for her to be there. However, Maggie attended the meeting and had a dream about Bianca.

Kendall babysat Pete in this episode and so she brought him to the meeting. Pete made some obnoxious comments during the meeting to brainstorm ideas on the new cosmetics company which at the end of the episode got the name Fusion. Greenlee asked that someone toss Pete back into the cornfield, a reference to the film, "Children of the Corn."

When the episode began, all the characters involved at the meeting wore white clothes with a white backdrop and Christina Aguilera's hit song, "Dirrty", played in the background. The song played throughout the episode but only during the commercials. For the first time they played the song, several characters held up big letters spelling out "Fusion."

During the episode, while the women brainstormed ideas on the company's name, they asked Maggie what she wanted. Maggie talked about how she wanted to protect Bianca and always be there for her. Maggie then dreamed where she looked like Sydney Bristow from "Alias" and beat up a man who threatened bodily harm to Bianca. Anna Devane was also a part of this dream.

After Greenlee told Pete to knock off his attitude, Kendall stepped in and told her to lighten up on him. Greenlee mentioned how they were there to discuss cosmetics instead of daycare. This was when Kendall informed her how Palmer leased the building where they were in exchange for Kendall babysitting him.

Near the beginning of the episode, the women discussed ideas for the company and a pizza delivery guy said they had an order put in for pizzas. He was about to leave and go back to work but Pete encouraged him to stay and hang out. As the women dug in to the pizza, Maggie said she put in an order for Hawaiian pizza with double pineapple.

Liza had agreed to invest some money in the new company as her sister, Mia, would be involved. At the meeting, the women kept trying to figure out what women want but Liza got down to the basics and said the first order of business was a name for the company. The women finally came up with the name "Fusion" at the very end of the episode.

After Maggie shared her dream of what she wanted, they got on to Laurie and Joni teased her about how she wanted JR and tried to sneak up to his room. Laurie got annoyed with Joni and informed her she did not just think about sex. Laurie then had a dream of spending time with JR without interference from their parents.

Laurie got done sharing her dream and Maggie wondered why all Laurie wanted was for some man to come rescue her. To distract from what Laurie wanted, Mia suggested they call the name of their company, "Escape." Simone and Kendall liked the name but Greenlee said it sounded too much like running away and that was not the mission of their company.

Answer: Joni Stafford

Laurie wanted to get Joni back for embarrassing her by implying all Laurie thought about was sex. Joni did not want to share what she wanted and also informed Laurie she had no clue what she wanted. Laurie commented how Joni's world was too black and white and she meant that literally, as we saw a dream of Joni becoming a nun.

This reflected on Joni's very religious beliefs. Joni shared her real dream where she would be a rock star.
