Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. Margaret has a specific role to play working at the Velvet Room. What does she primarily handle?

Answer: The Persona Compendium

If the player wants to register a Persona to the Compendium or wants to summon one from it, they'll be going through Margaret. If, for whatever reason, Marie is not around, Margaret will handle skill cards as well, but this is clearly her secondary role. It is Igor who tackles the task of handling Persona Fusions.
2. Despite apparently being a godlike being with limitless potential, Margaret does have a "master". Who is her master?

Answer: Igor

Igor is, as always, the master of the Velvet Room. In each "Persona" game, he has different attendants who are all extremely powerful but do defer to him as calling the shots.
3. For the first time, Margaret offers the player the ability to begin a social link with a Velvet Room attendant. As one might expect, progressing her social is very different from a typical social. How does the player progress Margaret's social?

Answer: Completing her requests

Margaret has a total of ten different requests. Each of them is bringing her a Persona with a specific skill. Often, acquiring these Personas requires the player to engage with various unique parts of the game. For example, one of her requests is a Black Frost with Auto Sukukaja- this will require the player to perform a Cross Spread Fusion. On the other hand, getting a Gdon with Rampage or a Yatagarasu with Mediarama will force the player to either get those skill cards or fuse a different Persona with those skills, fuse that Persona into one which is used to create Gdon or Yatagarasu, then get the required skill onto them with another fusion.

It can be quite confusing!
4. The player isn't able to begin Margaret's social until they get this social stat to level four. What stat?

Answer: Knowledge

As soon as this is achieved, once May 4th arrives, the player can begin their social with Margaret.
5. Absurd as it may sound, Margaret is able to contact the player via calling their cell phone. How is she able to do this?

Answer: This is never explained

This is a constant rolling joke across "Persona" games. This meta-humor is never explained, but it is poked and prodded at by various characters across each of these games.
6. Once Margaret's social has been maxed, the player will be able to fuse the Ultimate Empress Persona. Who is this?

Answer: Isis

Isis is an intriguing Persona who has a wide variety of talents. She has access to Makarakarn, and when combined with Salvation, this makes her an excellent support Persona. She has some 'bite' to her as well, as she can learn Mabufudyne and Mind Charge to adequately go on the offensive. Finally, though Isis is weak to Electric, she can learn Null Electric at level 83 to correct this. This makes her out to be quite self sufficient and very broadly useful.

Notably. isis also learns Drain Ice. Isis herself is already immune to Ice, but if desired, she can still learn this skill and be used in fusion to pass it onward, perhaps to a Persona who is weak to Ice.
7. Margaret is this game's "secret" boss. She has by very, very far the most HP out of any enemy in the entire game. How much HP does she have?

Answer: 30,000

To give an idea, second place goes to Izanami-no-Okami, the final boss of the entire game. However, Izanami's max HP is a mere 13,500, not even half of Margaret's staggering total. Given that Margaret has no weaknesses, her absurd healthpool will make any fight against her last quite awhile- if she doesn't kill the player's team off quickly herself, that is.
8. Perhaps surprisingly, Margaret makes use of a Persona! She actually seems to share the same power as the player, and can switch Personas as much as she wants throughout the battle. What is one of the Personas she will wield?

Answer: Yoshitsune

Margaret is the only enemy the player can encounter in this game capable of using the feared Hassou Tobi skill. This skill is so mighty that it is capable of simply cutting down the player's entire team on the spot, especially since Margaret will periodically have a Power Charge boost backing it up. Kanji Tatsumi can become resistant to Physical if his Persona is evolved twice, and thereby makes a fantastic candidate for this fight simply because he can at least not keel over whenever Margaret uses this attack. For this reason, the player is extremely highly advised to give Yu Narukami a Persona who is at least resistant, but ideally fully immune to Physical as well.
9. It isn't ever explicitly stated anywhere, but Margaret does have one "rule" to her fight- the player must take her massive healthpool down to zero and win the fight within a certain number of turns, or they'll lose. How many turns do they have?

Answer: Twenty-five

On the 26th turn, Margaret will introduce a new Persona- Pixie, who will proceed to unleash a Megidolaon that deals a scripted 9,999 damage to all combatants, a guaranteed kill. Unlike her sister Elizabeth from "Persona 3", this is the only time Margaret will press the "you lose" button in this manner, as she has no other rules.
10. The fight against Margaret takes place at, in her own words, "Heaven's End" which is where she invites the player to meet her for the fight. This is a simple 'hint' to go to the top of a TV World dungeon. Whose dungeon must the player travel to, and eventually finish once more, to find Margaret at the end?

Answer: Nanako's

Given that Nanako's dungeon is simply named "Heaven", Margaret's whereabouts are very easy to discern. The trek itself is the same exact journey as always, as the enemies haven't been changed at all. The only difference is that Margaret is indeed waiting for the player at the top of the dungeon. Approaching her here will eventually begin the fight.
