A favourite of the "Road" pictures for many, "The Road to Morocco" featured Bob, Bing Crosby, and Dorothy Lamour. The plot revolved around Bing selling Bob into slavery and both of the heroes wooing the Princess, played by Anthony Quinn, er I mean Dorothy Lamour. In the opening scene Bob and Bing were adrift at sea, with little hope of rescue and running low on food and water. Bing flipped a coin to see which of them would be the survivor and who would make the great sacrifice. Bob protested by telling Bing that he would not like him, because he tasted really bad.
