In the ending of the previous episode, Wes and Gigi had made an accusation. The two were convinced Dean Munsch was indeed the Red Devil Killer. Detective Chisolm was questioning Dean Munsch about the Red Devil Killer. He asked her if she had seen anyone enter or leave the house as the costumed murderer. Munsch said that she had not seen anyone dressed as the killer. Detective Chisolm then asked Cathy if she would be attending the precinct's annual pig roast. He complimented her on her heavenly hash. Detective Chisolm told Dean Munsch she was free to go. Jim Klock played the role of the often inept Detective Chisolm. He had an obvious crush on Dean Munsch. Jim would reprise his role as Detective Chisolm throughout the series. Jim, along with fellow "Scream Queens" actor, Emma Roberts would star together in the 2020 film, "The Hunt". Jim Klock played the role of Captain O'Hara.

At the beginning of the episode, the two women walked to an E-Z Stop store. Gracie and Zayday were talking about how Gracie thought she was mistaken about Pete being the Red Devil Killer. Zayday pointed out the fact that Pete was obsessed with Kappa Kappa Tau and also owned a Red Devil costume. Zayday informed Gracie no matter who the killer was, Gracie would not be going anywhere alone. Zayday also suggested Gracie she should use the taser her grandmother had sent for Zayday's protection. Since the death of Ms. Bean, the maid and cook of Kappa Kappa Tau, there was no food in the sorority house. Both girls were stocking up on junk food. Zayday asked Gracie to get some chocolate syrup so they could dip their chips into the syrup. As Gracie was looking for the syrup, she saw the Red Devil killer at the end of the aisle. The Red Devil ran down the aisle toward Gracie. She pulled the taser out of her bag and shot the Red Devil in the groin area. Zayday then pushed one of the shelves in the store on top of the suspected killer. The clerk from the E-Z Stop ran over to see what happened. Zayday told the clerk to call the police; they had just caught a serial killer.

In the opening scene, we saw Dean Cathy Munsch walking towards Kappa Kappa Tau. She was passing by a sea of police officers, reporters, and spectators. Dean Munsch was talking about how in the past a dean would have the power to cover up or at least keep the crime from getting to the media. She was interviewed by the media on the death of Tiffany. She said she could confirm there may have been an incident where one of her students may have been injured. She also stated the campus was still open and that frogurt had returned to the cafeteria. As soon as Dean Munsch crossed the crime scene tape surrounding Kappa house, she said the media had dubbed her the Dean of Murder U. Dean Munsch entered the sorority and talked to the members and pledges of Kappa Kappa Tau. Gigi and the detective investigating the murder of Tiffany were also there. Dean Munsch asked where Ms. Bean and Chanel #2 were. Chanel also chimed in that their absence was suspicious. The Dean said as far as she was concerned they were all suspects. Dean Munsch then told the girls they were not allowed to leave campus. She said they would all be held accountable for all missed assignments if they left and would more than likely fail out of college. The pledges decided to move into Kappa house which upset #5 immensely.

Chanel #5 was also involved in this plan of action to betray Chanel. The two culprits realized they needed willing accomplices to help take down Chanel. The two women went to the bedroom of Jennifer, the candle vlogger. Jennifer was quite upset that Dean Munsch had canceled the Halloween activities at the school. According to Jennifer, Halloween was one of the biggest nights for candles. Chanel #5 realized Jennifer would not be swayed to their plan easily. Chanel #5 revealed to Jennifer that Chanel had a closet full of Diptyque candles. When Jennifer found out Chanel only lit the candles once and then never used them again, she was outraged. She told the other two girls the candles cost $100.00 each. The once lit candles were all the ammunition Chanel #5, and 6 needed to get Jennifer in on their scheme.

Chanel is looking through her extremely large and well organized closet for something to wear. Chanel is shocked when Chanel #5 barges in without knocking. Chanel #5 has such horrible news she forgets the rules. Chanel tells #5 she knows what the punishment is for not knocking. Chanel #5 then slaps herself hard in the face. She slaps herself so hard she turns her own head. Chanel thanks #5 for following the punishment required for not knocking. Chanel #5 then takes Chanel downstairs to where Dean Munsch is basking in the glory of her recent announcement. Chanel #5 is played by Abigail Breslin. She follows Chanel's every order most of the time without question. She seems to be the most loyal of Chanel's minions as well. Abigail is an accomplished actress having appeared in several films. She starred alongside Woody Harrelson and Emma Stone in "Zombieland" and Steve Carrell in "Little Miss Sunshine".

The year was 1995 and Kappa Kappa Tau was throwing a party. We first saw Amy descending the stairs of her sorority house. She was holding her bloody hands away from her as if she was in disbelief. Amy soon found who she was looking for, her three sorority sisters. Bethany, the apparent leader of the sorority made a crude statement as to why she thought Amy's hands were bloody. Amy quickly told them it was not her blood. She told the sisters to follow her upstairs. Amy, Bethany, and Mandy all ran quickly to the upstairs bathroom. Bethany and Mandy were shocked to see a bloody pledge laying in their bath tub. Sophia, the pledge had given birth to a baby. Bethany ran over and yelled at Sophia saying who said it was alright to give birth at their party. She told Sophia she was officially the worst Kappa Kappa Tau pledge ever. Sophia apologized telling the girls she didn't even know she was pregnant. She asked for some Gatorade so she could walk home. Bethany told her nobody at the party would want to see her in the state she was in. Bethany was more worried about ruining the party then Sophia and her child's well being.

Chanel would describe Halloween as her jam. She would name the holiday after herself calling it Chanel-O-Ween. Chanel would send out the oddest gifts to her followers on social media. A severed head, a box of blood, and a bloody hand were some of the items her fans would receive. Chanel had her Kappa sisters carving pumpkins for some of the gifts to be sent out. Sam would carve a pumpkin that was intoxicated. Charles Manson was the image on Chanel #3's pumpkin. Gracie, who had carved a traditional pumpkin, was told to start over this design was not acceptable. Zayday's pumpkin was the most horrifying to Chanel. She used it to announce she would be running for Kappa Kappa Tau president.

Wallace University was holding a candlelight vigil for the recent deaths of two students. The vigil was for Chad's best friend, Boone, and Kappa Kappa Tau pledge, Tiffany. Dean Munsch was giving a speech encouraging the students to take back the night. Dean Munsch was telling the assembled students that the rumors of a serial killer were untrue. She informed the students that the campus was as safe as ever. During her speech, Dean Munsch stated the current mascot no longer was appropriate for the college. She announced the new mascot as being Coney, a dancing ice cream cone. Coney was a vanilla swirl soft-serve ice cream cone. He would come dancing out as Dean Munsch announced him. As Dean Munsch finished her speech, Coney was still dancing. Poor Coney, he certainly did not last long as the new school mascot.

Chanel #3 suggested they dump #2's body in a poop lagoon. Chanel #3 then told Chanel that her uncle owned a dairy farm in Wisconsin. She said the farm had ten foot deep lagoons of poop. Chanel #3 once asked her uncle if she could ice skate on the frozen poop lagoon. He told her no because if she fell in there wouldn't be anything left of her body come the spring thaw. Chanel asked #3 what was wrong with her that she would want to skate on a frozen lagoon of poop.

Chanel was released on a $300,000.00 bond that was posted by Chanel #3. Sam and Chanel both were there waiting to pick up Chanel at the prison. Chanel told Sam and #3 she knew they would get her out. Chanel #3 had gotten the bail money wired to her from her father. Her explanation of why she needed the funds was because textbooks had gotten really expensive. As the three were leaving the prison, Chanel suggested they stop at Wendy's. She wanted to get some barbecue sauce to dip into their cotton balls. Wendy's was established in 1969 by founder, Dave Thomas. He named the company after his daughter, Melinda Lou Wendy Thomas. The restaurant is home to the famous square-cut burger. Their french fries are my second favorite right behind McDonald's fries. They use sea salt on their fries to set them apart from every other fast-food chain. They also sell a different variety of side dishes such as baked potatoes or chili.

Chanel gives all her pledges mean nicknames. Chanel deems Tiffany as Deaf Taylor Swift. Chanel does so because all Tiffany ever speaks about is Taylor Swift. She also says Deaf Taylor Swift also suffers from a bad case of halitosis. At one point while the girls are participants in a hazing ritual, Tiffany asks the other girls what they think Taylor is doing right then. Tiffany is also singing a Taylor Swift song right before she is murdered. Chanel is upset because of Dean Munsch decree that anyone can pledge Kappa Kappa Tau. The pledges they had before the announcement filled the sorority house. After the proclamation, the entire house emptied out with the exception of a few. Deaf Taylor Swift is one of the girls that remains along with Gracie and Zayday.

Coco, the sorority sister who did not follow the other sisters upstairs came into the bathroom. She told the girls "Waterfalls" was getting ready to come on. Coco then noticed Sophia and her baby. She was only able to focus on the baby for a few seconds. She told her sisters, "TLC" getting back quickly to the song that was going to be playing shortly. Bethany was clearly upset she may miss her jam. She told Amy, the only one concerned for Sophia and the baby to watch them. Bethany told her to give the baby some Mojito to calm it down. Bethany, Mandy, and Coco all headed back downstairs to the party. The whole party was singing and dancing to the song. Bethany, who was dancing on a table and drinking screamed out, "Kappa" and everyone cheered. The girls finished their song and headed back upstairs. "Waterfalls" was the third release off of the "CrazySexyCool" album for TLC. The song was a major hit for the trio. It was number one for seven consecutive weeks. It also garnered two Grammy nominations for the girls. The song dealt with taboo topics like drugs and HIV. T Boz, Chilli, and Left Eye all made up the members of this highly successful group.

Pete and Gracie had found out where Mandy was residing. The two went to her trailer in the woods. Mandy had known the two were there to question her about the event from twenty years ago. The two seemed surprised, but she said she had been waiting for someone to come and ask her about it. Mandy would describe how they took care of the disposal of the body. Dean Munsch had organized the entire operation. Mandy and her friends had hoods put on their heads so they would not know the location of the body. During the conversation, Mandy would tell Gracie the baby was a girl, not a boy. Gracie did not believe this, both her and Pete thought the baby was Chad Radwell. Mandy revealed she saw the baby up close, and it was indeed a girl. Gracie and Pete were now back to square one in trying to figure out who The Red Devil Killer could be.

Zayday, Denise, and Gracie were sitting by the pool with Sonia's parents. Her parents asked what Sonia had done. Gracie and Zayday were telling them of the concerns they had for Sonia's well being. They showed pictures of Chanel #2 from social media sites. It was apparent from the photos that she was deceased. Her parents immediately jumped to the conclusion she was drinking again. The trio of women, along with Sonia's parents go into Sonia's bedroom. The women were looking for clues that could help lead to the whereabouts of Chanel #2. The parents told the Zayday, Gracie, and Denise they had to find their daughter. The reason they wanted their daughter found was so she would never come home again. Chanel Oberlin was such a narcissist she named all her followers after her. She would just assign all of them a different number. They were rarely if ever addressed by their real names. I don't think Chanel thought it was worth the effort to get to know the girl's real names. Chanel would use this tactic to humiliate and control her minions.

Hester entered the room as the three discussed means of disposal of #2's body. Hester told the three that she had been obsessed with death since she was six. She told the story of how her mom made her kiss the dead body of her father at his funeral. Hester then offered her suggestions on the disposal of the body of #2. Hester described in great detail how to disfigure and dispose of #2's body. Hester told the Chanels she would pulverize the teeth as well as remove #2's fingerprints. Hester then said she would disfigure #2's face so she could not be identified. Hester showed the girls where she would cut #2 on her body to drain the fluid from her corpse. Chanel was grossed out by Hester and told her no to all her ideas. The three Chanels and Hester moved #2 to the meat locker. Chanel decided to leave #2's body there until she could figure out what to do with her. Hester then asked all three Chanels if she could call them mom. The three agreed and along with their pledge left #2 in an unlocked meat freezer. Hester told them to not lock #2 in because she would be trapped and her soul would follow them around.

As punishment for her betrayal, Chanel demanded Chanel #5 finish working on the pumpkin patch charity event. Chanel #5, along with her twin boyfriends, went to the site of the party. They all started lighting the candles inside the jack-o-lanterns. Roger and Dodger decided to go check out the inside of the main attraction of the event. Chanel had commissioned a replica of the maze from the movie, "The Shining." As Chanel #5 was lighting the candles, the Red Devil Killer appeared behind her. Chanel #5 ran into the maze looking for the brothers. Upon seeing Chanel #5, the brothers told her they were both in love with her. Roger and Dodger informed Chanel #5 she had to choose one of them right then and there. Chanel chose Roger, so the pair ran off to escape the Red Devil Killer. Dodger ran in the opposite direction of his brother. The Red Devil Killer tracked down Dodger and murdered him with a pair of gardening shears. Later we saw Dodger lying against one of the hedge walls of the maze. He had received a life-ending stabbing to his abdominal area.

As the three sorority sisters entered the bathroom, Bethany announced she had a Bartles and Jaymes. The drink was intended for Amy for being a good babysitter. Amy was distraught because Sophia had died. Bethany asked her if she was sure and Amy said yes. She told the girls Sophia was stiff when she touched her and she tried to close her eyes. Amy told the girls she was unable to get Sophia' eyes to stay closed. Coco said she could not wear contacts because touching her eyeballs was gross. Coco was definitely the biggest air head of the four sisters. Bartles and Jaymes is a distributor of wine coolers. The company was started in 1981 and featured several different flavors. My favorite flavors were pineapple and strawberry. The brand was made famous because of their commercials. It featured two older men in various scenarios. They would always end the commercials by saying," And thank you for your support ".

Chanel #3 and #5 both entered Chanel's closet. They were concerned for Chanel because she was still awake at 3 a.m. Chanel was sharpening knives to help her cope with the fact Zayday had announced her intention to run for president. Chanel would walk around the room, swinging the knife aimlessly. She would tell her minions a pledge had not unseated a sitting Kappa President in 150 years. Still wielding the knives about, she would say she was responsible for the worst pledge class as well. The two Chanels came up with a plan to help Chanel win the election. Chanel would finally put the knife down as they decided on a pumpkin patch fundraiser.

Gracie received her schedule for the class. It said the Professor was to be determined. As Gracie sat and spoke to her fellow classmates, Wes walked into the classroom. Gracie asked her dad why he was teaching a film studies class when he was a Literature Professor. Gracie then realized her dad was stalking her. He was worried about all the killings on the campus. Gracie stormed out of the class. Wes then introduced the film they would be studying. The class were all horrified after the movie was done. The looks on the students faces were that of shock and astonishment. "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre" was released in 1974. It was directed by horror movie legend, Tobe Hooper. The film was based loosely on the serial killer, Ed Gein. The main antagonist, Leatherface would wear the faces of his victims as mask. Ed Gein was known for making masks out of human faces. This movie still frightens me when I watch it to this day. The scene where the girl is placed on the hook through her back still freaks me out.

Gigi introduced Chanel and her minions to Denise Hempville. Denise was the security officer hired to protect Kappa Kappa Tau. Chanel interrupted Gigi and asked her where she found Denise. Gigi said she knew Kappa Kappa Tau needed a top notch security company. Gigi said she let her fingers do the walking. She told the young women she used the Yellow Pages. Chanel #3 asked Gigi what the Yellow Pages were. Gigi gave Chanel #3 a look. Gigi explained in a previous episode, she had a tragic event that caused her mind to be trapped in the 1990s. This was the reason she wore clothes from that decade as well. Gigi used the Yellow Pages because it was a popular tool to use to get the information of a needed business in the 90s. The Yellow Pages were a book that the phone company would put out that a business could advertise in. In this age of smartphones and the Internet, the Yellow Pages are almost an obsolete tool. It was no wonder why #3 was confused as to what they were.

Zayday and Gracie are lying on their beds. The two young women are eating nachos with chocolate syrup drizzled on them. Gracie said she could not eat anymore; she was stuffed. Zayday continued to eat the nachos. She told Gracie she loved them so much that they were her password to everything. Gracie gave Zayday a funny look upon learning this information. This information came in handy later on when Gracie was trying to locate Zayday. Zayday had been kidnapped by The Red Devil Killer in a previous episode.

Jennifer is approached by Dean Munsch to join Kappa Kappa Tau. She has what one might describe as an unnatural obsession. Jennifer is obsessed with candles. She has a blog on which she goes into extreme detail on candles. Chanel would watch one of Jennifer's video blogs in which Jennifer describes a candle. She describes a candle she got half off at Bath and Body Works. She calls it the Nancy Meyers experience because when you burn it the candle smells like creamy couches and menopause. Jennifer says the smell reminds her of a Nancy Meyers' film. Chanel screams as she is watching Jennifer start to inhale the scent of the candle. Dean Munsch is actively looking for unique individuals to diversify Kappa Kappa Tau. She is also doing this to drive Chanel crazy. Earlier in the episode, we find out Dean Munsch detests sororities and even more than that Chanel. She even goes as far as trying to revoke Kappa Kappa Tau's charter. She is unsuccessful because Kappa's lawyer, Gigi shows up and tells her she doesn't have the authority to do that.

The year is now 2015, we see Chanel waking up in her bed. She is telling us how she is the head of Kappa house. She is surrounded by her sisters who are showing her purses. Chanel states she doesn't know their names so she calls them all Chanel. She also states she is Chanel #1. Chanel proceeds to tell us she had four minions by one is gone. Chanel #4 had to go home because she was ill. She told #1 she had Meningitis. Chanel told her to stay, but #4 went home anyway. Chanel said #4 had died and she was right again. Chanel is always trying to add to her minions. She is successful in drafting one of her two attempts with pledge Hester. Meningitis is an inflammation of the brain or spinal cord. It is often caused by bacteria or a virus. It can be life threatening. Wonder if Chanel #1 even knew what Meningitis is?

Pete and Gracie had gotten the information they needed from Mandy. Later in the evening, Mandy was watching a movie and eating popcorn. She was feeding some of the popcorn to her pet squirrel. The film she was watching was "Leprechaun". There was a sudden loud knock at her front door. Mandy was concerned and picked up a baseball bat. She opened the door, but no one was there. Mandy closed the front door and backed away. There were continuous knocks on the windows of her trailers. Mandy would go into her bathroom and turn on the light. She would scream as she saw the Red Devil Killer behind her. Jennifer Aspen was one of the stars of the television show, "Party of Five." She would play the love interest of Charlie. Daphne Jablonsky was the name of her character on the show. Jennifer has had several roles in additional television programs including, "GCB." I did enjoy the series "GCB," but it was canceled after one season.

Wes had just finished his first-class. Gigi was sitting in on it. She was talking to Wes about a patrol of the campus at night. Wes said they should discuss the details over salad. The two had already had coffee together. Wes explained this was a step up from coffee, but not the commitment of a full meal. Gigi accepted just as Dean Munsch walked into Wes's classroom. She was there to see how his first day went. As Dean Munsch was leaving, she asked Gigi to stop by her tennis court some time that week to discuss a few things. Dean was lobbing tennis balls at Gigi while the two were on the tennis court. Gigi was dodging tennis balls that were flying at her body and head. Cathy had called Gigi there to talk about them both moving into Kappa for a week. She said she wanted to make sure the girls were safe. Dean Munsch also told Gigi to stay away from Wes. She explained that she and Wes were kind of an item. Cathy called dibs on Wes as she left the tennis court.

Chanel #5 told Denise she was terrified because Tiffany had just been beheaded. Denise told the Chanels she was not a police officer. She told the girls she worked with a private contractor. Her agency, Secure Enforcement Solutions, worked with campus security to protect the students. Denise explained to the girls she was not licensed to carry a gun, but she did have a nightstick and pepper spray. Chanel asked why was Denise there if she didn't even have a gun. Chanel said they could call the police themselves. Denise explained with her there they would not need to call the police. Denise told the girls she would always be on site. She also said if she was not on site they could call her agency and they would get in touch with her. She couldn't give them her number because her phone was turned off at that point in time. Niecy Nash was perfect for the role of Denise Hempville. Her comic timing has always been dead-on and hilarious. This was not Niecy's first role as an inept law enforcement officer. She played the role of Deputy Raineesha Williams on "Reno 911!" I recall one episode where she pretended to be a Muslim so her vacation time would not get turned down. She was also the host of the television program "Clean House".

In the interior of Dean Munsch's office, we saw her talking to someone. Cathy was speaking to Denise Hemphill about Chad Radwell and their affair. Denise had just revealed to Cathy that she had a relationship with Chad. The two women had two completely different experiences with Chad. Where Dean Munsch said her experience was terrible, Denise stated her time with Chad was favorable. Both women did agree that Chad was an attractive man, though. Denise would go on to reveal that both she and Chad enjoyed role planning. Denise would elaborate by saying they both would do extensive research and dialogue.

Chad is the president of the fraternity, Dickie Dollar Scholars. He along with Boone, his best friend, are hitting golf balls while Chanel pouts. Chad tells Chanel if she wants to continue to be one of his top girls she has to be popular. Chad says that now that Kappa is full of weirdos and fatties Chanel won't be popular anymore. Chanel tells Chad that any girl that is with him will be popular. Boone interjects and tells Chanel that she is making him mad. He tells Chanel that Chad is an amazing guy. He says that Chad is super hot too. Boone is obviously in love with his best friend. Chad asks Chanel to leave so he and Boone can enjoy their day. The two men are hitting golf balls at what Chad describes as hippies. We see a student handing out a brochure on Amnesty International. The next thing we see the student falls to the ground. He has been hit in the stomach with a golf ball.

Chad was in a dark and eerie cemetery in the middle of the night. He was looking at the gravestones. Hester, or as she is now known, Chanel #6, came walking up to Chad. She informed Chad of her plan to get everything that Chanel Oberlin had, and that included Chad. Chad wanted to make love to Chanel #6 right there in the cemetery.
