"Scream Queens": The Pilot Episode, Part 2 Quiz

Chanel is looking through her extremely large and well organized closet for something to wear. Chanel is shocked when Chanel #5 barges in without knocking. Chanel #5 has such horrible news she forgets the rules. Chanel tells #5 she knows what the punishment is for not knocking. Chanel #5 then slaps herself hard in the face. She slaps herself so hard she turns her own head. Chanel
thanks #5 for following the punishment required for not knocking. Chanel #5 then takes Chanel downstairs to where Dean Munsch is basking in the glory of her recent announcement.

Chanel #5 is played by Abigail Breslin. She follows Chanel's every order most of the time without question. She seems to be the most loyal of Chanel's minions as well. Abigail is an accomplished actress having appeared in several films. She starred alongside Woody Harrelson and Emma Stone in "Zombieland" and Steve Carrell in "Little Miss Sunshine".

Answer: Tiffany is deaf.

Chanel gives all her pledges mean nicknames. Chanel deems Tiffany as Deaf Taylor Swift. Chanel does so because all Tiffany ever speaks about is Taylor Swift. She also says Deaf Taylor Swift also suffers from a bad case of halitosis. At one point while the girls are participants in a hazing ritual, Tiffany asks the other girls what they think Taylor is doing right then. Tiffany is also singing a Taylor Swift song right before she is murdered.

Chanel is upset because of Dean Munsch decree that anyone can pledge Kappa Kappa Tau. The pledges they had before the announcement filled the sorority house. After the proclamation, the entire house emptied out with the exception of a few. Deaf Taylor Swift is one of the girls that remains along with Gracie and Zayday.

Answer: Hot dog water

Hester Ulrich, or, as Chanel nicknames her, Neckbrace, is another pledge for Kappa Kappa Tau. Chanel tells us Neckbrace is a history major at Wallace University. She describes Hester as smelling like hot dog water. Chanel also makes a crude remark as to why she believes Hester is wearing a neck brace. Hester is so excited to be part of Kappa that she doesn't seem to understand she is in. She first asks Zayday and then Gracie if she is in. Both girls confirm for Hester she is in.

Hester tells Gracie she spent the last two weeks studying the history of Kappa Kappa Tau. She tells Gracie it was founded in 1837 at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Hester is played by Lea Michelle. Lea is probably best known for her role on the television show "Glee". "Glee" was created by Ryan Murphy. Neckbrace is my favorite of all the pledges she is willing to do whatever it takes to get into Kappa.

Answer: Candles

Jennifer is approached by Dean Munsch to join Kappa Kappa Tau. She has what one might describe as an unnatural obsession. Jennifer is obsessed with candles. She has a blog on which she goes into extreme detail on candles. Chanel would watch one of Jennifer's video blogs in which Jennifer describes a candle. She describes a candle she got half off at Bath and Body Works. She calls it the Nancy Meyers experience because when you burn it the candle smells like creamy couches and menopause. Jennifer says the smell reminds her of a Nancy Meyers' film. Chanel screams as she is watching Jennifer start to inhale the scent of the candle.

Dean Munsch is actively looking for unique individuals to diversify Kappa Kappa Tau. She is also doing this to drive Chanel crazy. Earlier in the episode, we find out Dean Munsch detests sororities and even more than that Chanel. She even goes as far as trying to revoke Kappa Kappa Tau's charter. She is unsuccessful because Kappa's lawyer, Gigi shows up and tells her she doesn't have the authority to do that.

Answer: The guys are hitting golf balls at hippies.

Chad is the president of the fraternity, Dickie Dollar Scholars. He along with Boone, his best friend, are hitting golf balls while Chanel pouts. Chad tells Chanel if she wants to continue to be one of his top girls she has to be popular. Chad says that now that Kappa is full of weirdos and fatties Chanel won't be popular anymore. Chanel tells Chad that any girl that is with him will be popular.

Boone interjects and tells Chanel that she is making him mad. He tells Chanel that Chad is an amazing guy. He says that Chad is super hot too. Boone is obviously in love with his best friend. Chad asks Chanel to leave so he and Boone can enjoy their day. The two men are hitting golf balls at what Chad describes as hippies. We see a student handing out a brochure on Amnesty International. The next thing we see the student falls to the ground. He has been hit in the stomach with a golf ball.

Answer: Senorita Awesome

Chanel is at The Grind, a coffee house ordering her favorite autumnal treat. She is telling the barista, Pete, she wants her pumpkin latte at 210 degrees. Pete tells her that it is two degrees below boiling. Chanel starts to scream at Pete to give her what she orders. Pete prepares the latte and hands it to Chanel who takes a drink. She spits out the drink telling Pete he burnt the milk.

Pete goes back to his counter to help the next customer. Gracie orders a pumpkin spice latte and requests it freezing. Pete looks at Gracie confused at her request. Gracie smiles she was joking with Pete because she just heard Chanel's blowup. Gracie orders a plain coffee saying she hates those fancy drinks. Pete asks for Gracie's name and she tells him Senorita Awesome. Pete smiles and hands Gracie her coffee with the name Senorita Awesome written on the cup .

Gracie leaves The Grind and Pete calls out to her. He calls her Senorita Awesome once again. Gracie then tells Pete her real name. Pete tries to warn Gracie against joining Kappa Kappa Tau. He tells her he believes that the sorority is evil at its core.

Answer: The Red Devil stabs #2 with a knife.

Chanel #2 is packing her stuff to go home. She receives a text message saying, "Brave enough to open the door?". Chanel's bedroom door starts to shake; someone is trying to get into her bedroom. Chanel gasps as she opens the door to see the Red Devil standing there. The two continue to communicate through texts only. This is odd because they are standing right in front of each other. The two even start to flirt with each other through text. At one point in time, #2 and the Red Devil even dance with one another. The Red Devil then texts Chanel #2 he is going to kill her now. The Red Devil pulls out a knife and stabs her in the shoulder.

Chanel #2 manages to knock the Red Devil off his feet. Instead of calling for help or trying to escape her assailant, Chanel crawls to her laptop. Chanel sends out a message that she is being murdered and needs help. The Red Devil then fatally stabs #2 in the back. She comes back long enough to send the message before she dies. The scene has no dialogue at all in it. In my opinion, it is the funniest scene in the episode.

Answer: Ear muffs

Chanel #3 like her sorority sisters has a unique high fashion look. She is always in a pastel colored outfit. Unlike her sisters though, Chanel #3 is almost always wearing ear muffs. The ear muffs match her outfit perfectly. She evens bejewels some of them. #3 is a willing accomplice to all of Chanel's misdeeds. She is willing to do whatever it takes to help Chanel cover up the murder of Ms. Bean and #2.

Billie Lourd plays the role of Chanel's minion #3. Chanel #3 seems to be hiding a secret from everyone. It is revealed in a later episode that she is in fact carrying a big old scandalous secret. Billie Lourd is amazing as #3. Billie appears in "Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens".

Answer: Jamie Lee Curtis

Ms. Bean tells Chanel that the Dean wants to see her in her office. Chanel goes to Dean Munsch office for the meeting. It is clear both of these women dislike one another. Chanel insults Dean Munsch about her last name. She makes a crude reference to Dean Munsch sexual preference. The Dean tells her this is one of the reasons she dislikes Chanel. She tells Chanel people don't talk like that in the real world.

Jamie Lee Curtis, the daughter of Tony Curtis and Janet Leigh is the original scream queen. Her first role was in the box office hit "Halloween". She played the role of Laurie Strode in four of the films in the franchise. Jamie does an excellent job playing the calculating Dean Cathy Munsch. Dean Munsch is not above using her power to fulfill her own depraved ways. She is currently manipulating Chad because he is on academic probation.

Answer: The Red Devil runs over her head with a riding lawnmower.

Chanel #3 and 5 bury the pledges in a hazing ritual called "The Sexy Gopher Head Challenge". The pledges are buried up to their neck with no way to move. #5 and 3 leave the girls to go get drinks, but first they explain the rules. The pledges have to remain there all evening. Chanel #5 also tells them to try and keep ants from crawling up their noses.

The other girls with the exception of Deaf Taylor Swift hear a noise. They can't figure out what the noise is until they see the riding lawnmower. Hester along with the other pledges scream for help. Tiffany thinks they are singing a Taylor Swift song and joins in. She soon realizes the Red Devil is riding a lawnmower. He drives straight to and over Tiffany's head. The Red Devil is thrilled with himself as he rides off.
