His character was an estate agent who learned of his biological parents in this comedic journey. During the filming there was a lot of shots of the back of Mark's head. It became a joke on the set that the back of Mark's head was beautiful. Since this was one of his first films, Mark had wanted his face to be seen and didn't quite get the process of shooting angles.

The funny guy he was, Mark took a polaroid of his face and taped it to the back of his head and filming continued until the producer saw it.

The photo was removed and all had a good laugh.

Unfortunately this 1994 series, "The Fortune Hunter" didn't make a big splash and the series was cancelled before the season was out. The series was a weekly spy adventure, detailing the escapades of a former British agent Carlton Dial. Paula Trickey was his co-star in "The Fortune Hunter" and spoke highly of Frankel.

She stated in interviews that Mark was a great kisser, but was very professional, never crossing the line. She also spoke of his giving nature as an actor.
