Hugh Laurie partnered Steven Fry in several TV comedy shows. 'A Bit of Fry and Laurie' and 'Jeeves and Wooster' being two of the best known. He also starred in the 'Blackadder' series. His recent success in 'House' has increased his following in the USA.
