David E. Kelley is a writer and producer. Among his TV creations are: "The Practice", "Chicago Hope" and "Ally McBeal". He also wrote the screenplay for the 2011 film "Wonder Woman", and the 1999 sports film "Mystery, Alaska".

Kelley married actress Michelle Pfeiffer in 1993. Michelle's career dates back to her first starring role in "Grease 2" in 1982. Since then she has appeared in "Scarface" (1983), "Batman Returns" (1992), "Dangerous Minds" (1995), "Hairspray" in 2007, and many more.
2. Mark Consuelos

Mark Consuelos and Kelly Ripa met on the set of the soap opera "All My Children", where Mark was Mateo Santos, Sr., and Kelly played Haley Vaughn. They were married in 1996.

Christopher Guest was born in New York City but his British heritage is a titled one, i.e., 5th Baron Haden-Guest. He is an actor, writer, musician and director. He may be best known for his role as Nigel Tufnel in the 1984 comedy "This Is Spinal Tap". He married Jamie Lee Curtis that same year.

Jamie Lee Curtis is the daughter of Tony Curtis and Janet Leigh ("Psycho"). Following in her mother's footsteps, Jamie Lee was Laurie Strode in John Carpenter's "Halloween" franchise, beginning in 1978.

British musician Sting, aka Gordon Sumner, is a singer, songwriter and actor. He was the bassist for the rock band "The Police" from 1977 to 1984, before going solo. He received his first Grammy Award for best rock instrumental, in 1980, for "Reggatta de Blanc". Sting married Trudie Styler in 1992.

Though not as well known, Trudie Styler is an actress, producer and director. She has produced films which include "Snatch" (2000) and "Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels" (1998).

Canadian born actor Michael Andrew Fox, stage name Michael J. Fox, first became a house-hold name on "Family Ties", where he played the conservative Alex P. Keaton. He achieved even greater fame as Marty McFly in the "Back to the Future" franchise. Fox met Tracy Pollan on the set of "Family Ties".

Tracy Pollan and Michael were married in 1988. Apart from TV roles, Tracy has been in movies which include "Promised Land" (1987), "Bright Lights, Big City" (1988) and "A Stranger Among Us" (1992).

Anyone remember "Up your nose with a rubber hose"? That was one of the 'classic' lines of Vinnie Barbarino, played by a young John Travolta in "Welcome Back, Kotter". John went on to film stardom in films like "Grease", "Saturday Night Fever" and "Pulp Fiction". He married Kelly Preston in 1991.

Kelly Preston is an actress who has had roles in films such as "Twins" (1988), "Jerry Maguire" (1996) and "For Love of the Game" (1999), in addition to TV roles in "Medium" and "CSI: Cyber".
8. Tim McGraw

Country music stars Tim McGraw and Faith Hill met at a music festival ("The New Faces Show") in Nashville, Tennessee in 1994. Two years later they toured together on a show called "Spontaneous Combustion", and they were married that same year.

IMHO, one of the best acting couples since Hume Cronyn and Jessica Tandy is William H. Macy and Felicity Huffman. Macy put in an amazing performance as Jerry Lundegaard in the dark 1996 comedy "Fargo". He has been in "Jurassic Park III (2001), and starred on cable TV in "Shameless".

Macy and Felicity Huffman were married in 1997. Huffman is a star of stage, screen and TV. She appeared on Broadway in "Speed-the-Plough" in 1988. She played Lynette Scavo on the hit "Desperate Housewives" (2004-2012), and gave a remarkable gender-bending performance in the 2005 film "Transamerica".
