"Ghost Rider" was released in 2007 and features Nicholas Cage as stunt rider Johnny Blaze who sells his soul to the devil to become a crime fighter of sorts battling the forces of darkness. Finally, "Ghosts of Girlfriends Past" is a 2009 movie starring Matthew McConaughey and Jennifer Garner.

The film is loosely based on the theme of Dickens "A Christmas Carol." McConaughey's character is a womanizer who meets his childhood sweetheart at a wedding and is taught some life lessons by a series of ghostly girlfriends from his past, present and future.
