Answer: The Exorcist

"The Exorcist" was released in 1973, and was directed by William Friedkin. It was based on the book of the same name by William Peter Blatty. It was about a little girl who was possessed by the devil, and whose only hope was an exorcism. The movie starred Max von Sydow, Kitty Winn, Jason Miller, Ellen Burstyn, and Linda Blair.

"Local Heroes" premiered in 1996, and was directed by Rod Daniel. The show lasted only five episodes, although seven were filmed. The last two episodes were not aired. "Local Heroes" starred Jay Mohr.

"Hell Night" was released in 1981, and was directed by Tom DeSimone. It was about four young adults, who in order to join the Alpha Sigma Rho fraternity and its sister sority, they must spend the night in the haunted Garth Manor. The movie starred Vincent Van Patten, Kevin Brophy, Suki Goodwin, Peter Barton, and Linda Blair.
