Hardcore Holly made his debut January 22, 1994 in the 'Rumble' event itself drawing number 17. He lasted 22 minutes before being ousted by Bret Hart.

As Thurman 'Sparky' Plugg, Holly wrestled with a race-car driver gimmick. His name was changed a few months later to Bob 'Spark Plugg' Holly, still a race-car driver. This lasted until February 1998 when he became one half of the New Midnight Express as 'Bodacious' Bob Holly.

He finally took the name Hardcore Holly after having a falling out with the J.O.B. Squad in early 1999 and began feuding with J.O.B. Squad leader Al Snow over the Hardcore title.

Annoyed at being told he was too small, Crash, along with Hardcore, decided that they were not under-sized superstars and began to claim that they were infact both 6'6' and 400lbs. They also decided that they would only take on WWF superstars of the same stature and thus Crash started to bring a scale with him to the ring so that he could weigh his opponents to make sure that they were over 400 lbs. as well.

On the October 18, 1999 episode of WWF 'Raw', Crash and Hardcore took advantage of the problems between the Rock and Mankind, with Mankind refusing to tag in to the match, and also with the help of a run-in from Triple H, were able to win the tag titles when Hardcore pinned the Rock.

Their reign as tag champs was short-lived, however, as Mankind and Al Snow defeated them for the belts on the November 4, 1999 episode of 'Smackdown'.

As 'Bodacious' Bob Holly, Hardcore teamed up with 'Bombastic' Bart Gunn from February to August 1997 as the New Midnight Express, managed by Jim Cornette. Their only notable accomplishment was winning the NWA Tag Team Titles for a short time.

On an episode of 'Heat' in October of 1998, Molly made one appearance as Starla Sexton, the name she used in many independant feds, losing to Jackie.

On January 22, 1995, on his 1 year anniversary in the WWF, Holly, as Bob 'Spark Plugg' Holly, and the 1-2-3 Kid (X-Pac) downed Bam Bam Bigelow and Tatanka for the tag belts at the 'Royal Rumble'. They lost them, however, the next night on 'RAW' to the Smokin' Gunns.

Molly's 1st WWF PPV was 'Survivor Series' 2000 on November 19. Molly, along with partners Crash Holly and Steve Blackman, defeated Test, Albert and Trish Stratus when Molly sunset flipped Trish for the win.

Hardcore Holly defeated Al Snow February 14, 1999 at St. Valentine's Day Massacre for the Hardcore title. Hardcore defeated Billy Gunn in a 3 Way Dance involving Al Snow for the Hardcore title on March 28, 1999 at 'WrestleManiaXV'. Hardcore pinned Crash Holly in the closing seconds of the Hardcore Battle Royal at WrestleMania 2000, April 4, to win yet another Hardcore title.

He has never pinned Road Dogg for the title.

Spike Dudley and Molly Holly were 1st seen together on the May 10, 2001 episode of 'Smackdown!' when Molly told Spike she was impressed at the way Spike put Albert through a table while Spike told Molly she did a good job against Chyna the week prior. Crash Holly broke up their brief chat. This show was the beginning of Spike and Molly's relationship together.

On May 18, 2000, Crash, who was exhausted from defending his Hardcore title under the 24-7 rules, bought an hours worth of protection from the APA so that he could take a nap. However, before the hour was up, musician Kid Rock's late sidekick Joe C. stopped by the offices of the APA, prompting them to leave with him to go to a bar. Without the protection of the APA, and asleep, Crash was easy pickings for WWF Stooge Gerald Brisco who got a very easy pinfall victory and the title.

On December 2, 2000, at 'Insurrextion', Crash upset William Regal in his home country of England to win the European title. Regal took the belt back in short order 3 days later.
