Answer: The Timekeeper

The Timekeeper opened in November 1994, and sadly (for me) closed in February, 2006. It was replaced by Monsters Inc. Laugh Factory.
2. For all you shoppers and souvenir hunters. Which was NOT a merchandise shop found at the Magic Kingdom in 1982?

Answer: Star Trader

Uptown Jewelers was on the east side of Main Street and the Emporium was on the west side. Yankee Trader was in Liberty Square. The Star Trader was first opened at Disneyland in the late 1980s.
3. Most people visited the Magic Kingdom as their primary destination, but Walt Disney World offered much more. What out of the theme park attractions could you NOT visit at Walt Disney World in 1982?

Answer: Pleasure Island

Pleasure Island wasn't opened until much later.
4. What was the name of the Contemporary Resort Restaurant that now houses the California Grill? Hint: The location of the California Grill will help!

Answer: Nine

The eleven were not complete until Morocco(1984) and Norway(1988) opened later.
6. What was the opening date for EPCOT Center?

Watch the video of the opening show with Danny Kaye, classic Disney TV style of the late 70's early 80's!
7. Which of the following was NOT a Walt Disney World Villa?

Answer: Golf Villas

The Villas on the golf course were called the Fairway Villas.
8. The Walt Disney World bus system used a series of colored "flags" painted on them to help you identify their destination(s).

Answer: True

Later, Walt Disney World put the destinations such as "Magic Kingdom" or "Old Key West" on the buses. Why they didn't do that to start is an interesting mystery! My friends and I though found it a fun challenge to decipher the destinations by looking at colors of the flags. We stayed at the Club Lake Villas and had to make sure we took the green and gold flag bus, not green only or gold only, but green and gold!
9. Which was not an attraction at EPCOT Center in 1982?

Answer: Cranium Command

Cranium Command wasn't around until the Wonders of Life pavilion was opened in 1989. It featured classic comic actors of that time like George Wendt (Norm from "Cheers") and Jon Lovitz.
10. Which of the following was NOT a place to eat at the Magic Kingdom in 1982? Hint: it was renamed and now serves Italian food.

Answer: Tony's Town Square Cafe

Tony's was originally called only Town Square Cafe and was sponsored by Oscar Meyer. The WEDway Space Bar was found at the base of the Star Jets.
