Answer: Billy Gunn

Despite spending much of the last four months fighting for the Intercontinental Title, it was then decided that Gunn would go after the Hardcore title instead, whereas his partner Road Dogg who had been fighting for the Hardcore Title, went after the Intercontinental Title instead. The man behind this idea was Vince Russo.

Answer: Hardcore Holly

Hardcore Holly took advantage of Gunn hitting a "Fameasser" on Al Snow on to a steel chair. Holly whacked Gunn with a chair, and then pinned Snow to win the match and the title.

Answer: Jeff Jarrett and Owen Hart

Jarrett and Hart had won the WWE Tag Team Titles back in January of 1999 from Shamrock and Bossman. They were mainly known for having the curvacious Debra accompany them to the ring.

Answer: D'Lo Brown and Test

D'Lo Brown and Test were the last two men in a Battle Royal on "Sunday Night Heat", which preceeded "WrestleMania XV". As a result they were given a WWE Tag Team Title shot.

Answer: Butterbean

Eric "Butterbean" Esch is a legit boxer that the WWE brought in to fight Bart Gunn, who had successfully won boxing matches against many other WWE wrestlers. Butterbean won within 30 seconds of round one, and the "Brawl for All" never came back, neither did Bart Gunn.

Answer: Refereeing the Main Event

It was originally scheduled to be both Show and Mankind refereeing the main event, but Show and Mankind had a match to decide which one would in the end.

Answer: Mankind

Although Mankind won the match by disqualification, the fact that he had been Chokeslammed onto two steel chairs meant he had to go to hospital, and still no Main Event referee was decided. After the match, Vince McMahon scolded Big Show for getting disqualified, and got Chokeslammed as a result.

Road Dogg pinned Val Venis to win the title on March 14, 1999. The day after "WrestleMania XV" on "RAW", Road Dogg dropped the belt to Goldust.

Road Dogg retained the title by using a "Schoolboy Roll-Up" on Goldust to get the three count, after Ryan Shamrock had turned on Goldust with a slap to the face. Val Venis and Ken Shamrock had got themselves disqualified earlier on in the match by brawling on the outside.

Chyna ran in and turned face by hitting her "friend", Kane in the face with a steel chair. At the time, Paul "Triple H" Levesque was in a relationship with Joanie "Chyna" Laurer, which the writers never acknowledged on-screen, keeping them as just friends.

Answer: Nicole Bass

It was revealed that Sable had hired Nicole Bass, a huge, muscular butch looking woman, to be her bodyguard. There was a link between the two in the future, as both women tried to sue the WWE, Sable claiming that the WWE "engaged in a campaign of intimidation and humiliation in order to have her get cozy with other women and expose herself on national TV", and Bass claimed she was sexually harassed backstage. Sable's lawsuit was dropped, and Nicole Bass was unsuccessful when it went to court.

Answer: Shane McMahon

Shane McMahon, the son of WWE Chairman Vince McMahon, had been booked to win the title purely to stroke the McMahon ego. After beating X-Pac at "WrestleMania XV", Shane retired the title the next night on "RAW".

Answer: Triple H and Chyna

Chyna, who had turned face earlier on in the show, turned heel again by joining the Corporation. Triple H hit the "Pedigree" on X-Pac whilst Chyna distracted the referee, and Shane McMahon was able to retain his title.

Answer: Big Boss Man

In what was possibly the worst "Hell in a Cell" match ever, The Undertaker defeated the Big Bossman after a "Tombstone Piledriver". After the match, the Brood came down from the ceiling, threw a noose into the ring that was attached around Bossman's throat, and when the cell rose up, the Bossman was apparently hanged.

Answer: Steve Austin

After Commissioner Shawn Michaels had forbidden Vince McMahon from being the referee, appointing a normal WWE referee instead. McMahon interfered in the match, attacking three referees until Mankind returned from hospital to take over the duties. Austin hit Rock with a "Stone Cold Stunner", and Mankind made the count to give Austin the WWE Title.
