The World Heavyweight and United States Championships were in WCW at the time. Shawn Michaels didn't win the WWE Championship until "Wrestlemanina XII".
2. How many times did Razor Ramon walk under the opened ladder?

Answer: 1 time

The only time he walks under it is when he walks to the ring. He does his "Razor Walk". He is under the ladder a second time but is knocked out. Shawn Michaels opens it up while he is on the mat.
3. What did Jerry "The King" Lawler call Razor Ramon before the match started?

Answer: Johnny come lately

The King said that Shawn Michaels was the real champion. When the camera was on Razor, he said there's your Johnny come lately.
