Arthur Weasley was initially intended to die in the Battle of Hogwarts, but Rowling changed her mind. In the end, Lupin and Tonks died instead. She stated she sobbed when she made her final decision.

Victoire was so named because she was born on the anniversary of Voldemort's death. I put Marianne in there because I liked the character from "Sense and Sensibility" :)

Antonin Dolohov struck down Lupin, and Bellatrix Lestrange eliminated her niece Nymphadora, leaving little Teddy to be raised by his grandmother, Andromeda.

Althought she did not give a reason, JK Rowling said that Fortescue was indeed murdered by the Death Eaters.

Nothing is known of the man Cho married, or whether they had children together.

Although she did try slipping Veritaserum to Harry as well as attempting to use the Cruciatus Curse on him, and she threatened Muggleborns with the Dementor's Kiss if they didn't cooperate during her interrogations, her overall sentence was for general Crimes Against Muggleborns. Incidentally, the Dementors no longer guard Azkaban, although what happened to them has not been said.

Dumbledore's Boggart is the dead body of his little sister Ariana. It is probably because of the tremendous sorrow and guilt he felt, because he never knew if he was the one who fired the spell that killed her.

It's highly unlikely that Harry speaks with his aunt and uncle, but he and Dudley are on what JK Rowling describes as "Christmas Card" terms. She also says that every now and then Harry and his family will visit Dudley and his family...something that James, Lily, and Albus are NEVER happy about!

Rowling stated that if Lily had done as he ordered and moved out of the way, Voldemort would have spared her life, as Snape had asked him to.

Two more small tidbits about the Potters: they were asked to join the Death Eaters, but some in Voldemort's company felt they were too close to Dumbledore.
Dumbledore also knew what had happened on the night they were murdered because there was an alarm spell on the house.
Many people have also wondered what Aunt Petunia stopped herself from saying the night the Dursleys left. According to JK, she was going to say "I know what you're going up against. I hope everything turns out all right", or something to that effect.
